This place is a hidden gem!…read more I had passed the office building it is housed in dozens of times, and only really checked it out after I decided it was time to chuck the razor and look into laser hair removal. Curious, I booked a free consultation, just to learn more. Cara talked me through the laser process, as well as packages that they offer. She immediately put me at ease, and I ended up getting my first treatment that same day. I was so happy with the process that I returned a couple of weeks later for laser on another area, this time with Donna. She likewise wowed me with her knowledge, expertise, and welcoming demeanor. I've since had more laser treatments - loving the results! - and a facial. I went elsewhere in town for a facial before, but I'm never going anywhere else again! My face was dewy and glowing for the rest of the day, and I left feeling relaxed from the pampering. No matter what you are looking for, Advanced Esthetics is bound to impress you, and you will quickly find yourself being a regular, just as I have!

I attempted to contact the practice multiple times to discuss my concerns and seek follow-up care, but I had never received a direct response or a path forward, I was told follow up elsewhere. I felt retaliated against for bringing up my concerns. When I requested my medical records, what I received appeared incomplete and did not seem to include several pre- and post-operative interactions I personally recall. I felt unsupported during a time when I was experiencing complications and needed postoperative guidance. I hope sharing my experience helps other patients ask the right questions and ensures they receive the communication and follow-up they need."

I sought treatment here for my skin, but unfortunately, the results have been devastating. Initially, I was promised a refund and a laser treatment to fix the damage caused by their treatment. This was verbally agreed upon, but when my skin showed improvement, they failed to follow through on their promise. Instead of offering the agreed-upon laser treatment to address the issues, I was told to go to a dermatologist--leaving me with unresolved damage and no accountability for the harm done. The treatments destroyed my skin, causing severe damage that left me with the damage--severe painful cystic acne covering my face scarring, texture changes, extreme dryness, compromised skin barrier everything burns, physical and emotional pain. I trusted their expertise and was hoping for a solution, but not only did I not get the promised refund or treatment, but I also feel misled and disrespected by the lack of follow-through and the poor outcome. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and effective skincare solutions. I strongly urge you to do your research and find a provider that values your skin and keeps their commitments. I've uploaded pictures to show the extent of the damage, which I'm still dealing with

I've been trying to get a prescription filled that my insurance didn't cover and the office never returned my phone calls (to try and get a replacement prescription that my insurance would cover). I've called five times now over two weeks. My last call no one could explain why my phone calls hadn't been returned after the front office had promised me a call back multiple times. I have eczema that is itchy to the point that it is keeping me up at night. Ten days after my appointment and I still have no solution or prescription. Quality patient care does not seem to be a priority at this office. Very frustrated and no one at this office seemed to genuinely care. Very unhappy and dissatisfied patient that will be finding a new dermatologist.

I was not happy with the result nor with the exorbitant price. When I called Dr. Gilmore to discuss my issues, she did not return my call, but rather had her receptionist call me back to discuss my medical treatment!! This person is not a dr., has never treated me, and was so verbally rude to me that I will not return to this office again despite the damage done to my face. Clearly the elusive Dr Gilmore and staff are completely indifferent to the harm she causes her patients. 2 tips: Before any procedure is done: 1- get the price up-front, 2- take your own photos for proof, if needed This office projects an air of beauty and perfection which is a facade.

I've been seeing her for nearly five years and cannot say enough positive things about my experience. For years, I wanted to establish a better skincare routine, but it wasn't until the pandemic, when I developed severe acne, that I finally decided to seek professional help. Working with Lisa has completely transformed my skin. Now, in my forties, I have the clearest, healthiest, and softest skin I've had in my adult life. Over the years, I've completed a series of microneedling treatments followed by BBL and transitioned to a medical-grade skincare regimen using products recommended by Lisa. I've also had Hydrafacials and Geneo facials, and I've been consistently impressed with the results from every treatment. Katie is wonderful as well. I've seen her for several treatments and have always had a great experience. She is friendly, skilled, and makes every visit enjoyable. Jamie is an exceptional injector and the best I've found in the Ann Arbor/Saline area. She is highly knowledgeable, takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options, and never makes you feel rushed. I highly recommend Radiance Beauty Lab for anyone looking for expert skincare treatments, injectables, or overall skin health guidance.
