I hate to say it but this place was great but has sold to private equity who operate out of Boca Raton. I can understand that there is a need for profit but trying to upsell everything isn't my preference. The prices also went waaay up, way beyond inflation. Due to my unfortunate experience, I do not understand these 5-star ratings for Procerus. I had a laser treatment for a facial scar left by a past micro-needling treatment at this salon. I was not happy with the result nor with the exorbitant price. When I called Dr. Gilmore to discuss my issues, she did not return my call, but rather had her receptionist call me back to discuss my medical treatment!! This person is not a dr., has never treated me, and was so verbally rude to me that I will not return to this office again despite the damage done to my face. Clearly the elusive Dr Gilmore and staff are completely indifferent to the harm she causes her patients. 2 tips: Before any procedure is done: 1- get the price up-front, 2- take your own photos for proof, if needed This office projects an air of beauty and perfection which is a facade. read more

Procerus Skin Care severely damaged my skin. I highly regret trusting them to perform Radio Frequency Microneedling (morpheus 8) on my face and Im overwhelmed with the idea that I paid a lot of money to sit in a chair and have someone permanently damage my face. They created injury pathways that I have not been able to recover from that's left me with advanced premature aging. Its' been 6 months since the second procedure and my skin continues to get worse, this is very scary. They left me with extremely crepy skin, chronic inflammation, facial volume loss, rosacea, deep new wrinkles, larger pores, strange orange peel texture, swollen eyes, extreme sensitivity to sunlight and my skin feels very thin and I look unhealthy. Im very embarrassed to smile now and this is deeply effecting my mental health and wellbeing. Im 33 years old and didn't have ANY of this before Procerus preformed Morpheus8. They do a specialized test and have software that analyzes your skin health. Before they did the procedures it said I had the skin of a 25 year old. I now have the same skin texture as my 70 year old mother. I had some new wrinkles After the first MN procedure, I addressed my concerns in depth with them, they assured me a second procedure would correct those new wrinkles. It made it much worse. When I was finally able to speak to their doctor, she seemed dis-interested and not present. Additionally I only met Dr. Gilmore after the second micro-needling procedure. That was the 4th time I had been in the office, which also seems odd. She did not do my consultation, or either of the procedures and she is not a licensed Dermatologist. She did not know what to do after reviewing the damage. She offered to perform more treatments to correct all this, which felt highly wrong. My skin barrier is extremely damaged, she should know that its not right to perform more procedures on compromised skin...They gave me a 80% refund instead. I have no idea why 3 people recommend Morpheus8 to me when it's apparently a skin tightening procedure while I had healthier skin than most people that are 33. I came in there for acne/acne scars. Ive gotten several 2nd opinions from 4 dermatologists. 3 of 4 have said the damage may be irreversible and permeant and to be extremely gentle and careful with my skin. Also to not go in the sun what so ever for the next year+. Please do your research, find a qualified Dermatologist especially when it comes to a procedure your considering for you face! read more

Well, I still continue to go and have other things done and I'm still impressed with the new technology that they have, the good prices and promotions too. Kathleen Gilmore, Procerus owner/ operator, left me with a permanent 2" red scar under my eye, across my left cheek after she over-lasered my facial redness from a previous Procerus treatment. A gross, fluid-filled blister developed under my left eye, but Dr Gilmore ignored my phone calls, never calling me back when she should have been treating my blistered face. After months of avoidance, the doctor finally misdiagnosed the facial blister as some genetic outgrowth with another one developing. (Totally wrong!) When I sent her before/after photos showing her the laser burn she left and requesting a refund, I got a wall of silence from her. No response, whatsoever! Dr. Gilmore was as hard as nails, cold as cement, showed no empathy whatsoever, and was completely indifferent to the permanent damage she left on my face. She wouldn't deal with me or admit anything and kept the $300 she had over-charged me for the "correction" (to spend on her large Observer ads and new laser machines). I must now pay hundreds of dollars and use much time to treat the facial scar she burned on my face. She has her clients pay for her damage. These 4-star reviews are as fake as her "beauty" business, just trying to sell something. Procerus is a shady, mediocre operation where I was damaged twice and nobody there cared. I was totally double-crossed by Dr. Kathleen Gilmore at every turn and am sorry I ever trusted her. Unfortunately, she lacks a conscience and has proven to be unethical, uncaring, and incompetent. She fails as both a professional and as a human being. Take your chances, but I do not recommend Dr. Gilmore or Procerus. read more

I have had 2 laser treatments at Procerus, I am supposed to have a 3rd but have decided not to go back. The technician was not very personable for one thing and she got to close to my lower eye with the laser and my eye was badly swollen for 3 days. After my 1st treatment was done I go to the reception desk where they should be ready to set my next appointment but instead she says your all set to go. I ask aren't we setting a 2nd appointment?? Oh sure, when do you want to come back?? Then she didn't even offer me an appointment reminder card. There was no follow up call to see how I was doing the next day which should be standard practice. I did not get an appointment reminder call the day before either so I called the office that morning just to make sure THEY were expecting me. I don't think they were since the secretary seemed very confused and said she would need to call me back. When she called back she said "yes you have an appointment today but we'd like you to come in a few min later" I ask how long is a few min and it's actually 1 1/2 hrs later!! OK I agree to go in later. When there I tell the same Technician about my eye problem after the first treatment and she says she will turn the setting down and be more careful around my eyes. 2nd procedure went fine but again the receptionist never asked about setting my 3rd treatment and again no follow up call to see how I was doing. read more

I have been a client of Maria's for several years and of Procerus for about a year. I have had nothing but excellent care, results and service! Some of the procedures do cause some swelling or bruising and each person is different There is always a bit of unpredictability in this as is in medicine It is not an exact science. However I feel the staff goes out of there way to be cautious, effective and honest. When I had an unexpected reaction to something g I received personal attention from both Maria and Dr. Gilmore. I went to Procerus for a Microderm and Botox. The receptionist was very inviting and helpful. I also really liked using the tablet to fill out my information instead of the old pen and paper way. For the procedure, the technician was extremely friendly and besides me paying for my skin to get blasted off, it was a great experience. Prices are equal to others, services are great and the staff is wonderful. The receptionist went out of her way to help and make me feel as comfortable as possible-also squeezed me in a day that worked best for me. My IPL treatment was great but the nurse was trying to sell me products and went over board with it so this is the only con I have about this spa...too pushy with selling after care products. read more

Do not go to this place! I have gotten dermal fillers at other places with very good results. I went here for dermal fillers, and ended up with bizarre results. The filler was supposed to be for my cheeks, but the doctor injected the filler too close to the bridge of my nose and near my eyes. Now there is a small lump underneath my right eye because the filler was injected poorly. I can't believe I paid for this. read more
