WARNING Pictures contain photos of mice, if you have a…read moresensitive stomach please DO NOT LOOK. The office people are great, but the facility sucks. We've had our unit less than a year and we were gone on vacation for 6 months. We came back to our unit didn't notice anything at first. We got further into our unit and noticed sheds of paper/cardboard boxes everywhere. Later that day we noticed we had mice in our unit. We called the front deck and asked if they could help by putting traps in our unit. They said they did, but we never saw any traps. 3 weeks pass by, (my husband was deployed and I'm a 34 week pregnant mom of already two I lost track of time) and we call the unit to see if we could get a different unit because the mice situation was getting worse. They gave us one right next door to the old one. We started going through our things and we found 14 mice in our unit. When I started walking to the front door of the facility to get the insurance information the guy behind the desk at that moment was just opening the traps we had asked for weeks and weeks prior. We had TOTES that did have food in them, as we are prior military and do not like not being prepared. The guy at the front desk tried saying that the canned food is what attracted the mice in our unit which is absolutely bogus! We have thousands and thousands of dollars in damages. Military equipment/gear, baby car seats, baby swing, baby items, sentimental items, photos, books, and much more. And on top of all that we found one of my husband's uniform hats had 9 babies buried in it with 2 adults. We set 6 traps ourselves and each one had a dead one, one was smashed by our propane tank, and 3 ran at me on day one. The front desk tried saying that we have a mice issue, no this facility has a mice issue. I'm furious at home much damage has been caused in our unit by mice. If I could give negative stars I would. ‍ We've just gone back to the unit after the holidays, (our new unit) AND WE STILL HAVE MICE!
