The issue I had was that as I ask for a military discount it was questioned and since all my flight records were already packed ( I am retired) I had to wait until unpacking to iron it out. In the end I was taken care of however I did tangle with them about all of it. On a different note, when looking at my billing they noticed I was overcharged. They were honest in bringing this to my attention and resolved it also.
