We love our local reasors (Picture of valentines warmie included) The hot line food is yummy Starbucks employees are so nice The sushi is reliable and yummy to walk around with while you shop Produce is good quality and fresh The salad/meet/cheese staff are so helpful and give great recommendations The bakery staff have prepared several cakes for us in the year we've leaved nearby and they are always yummy Seafood and meat sections are well organized and clean We love the dry aged steaks Having a pharmacy in store is also super convenient I would like to see more greeting cards and stationary simply because that would make this location more of a one stop shop for me The security guard is always so polite and friendly and I never feel hostility from her like some security staff at other stores The aisles are typically well stocked and organized in accordance with the reasors app which helps so much I would like to see more diverse Asian foods as that is mostly what I eat, but they have good basics.

    They have ground pork!

I enjoy shopping at this Reasor's location. It is smaller than most since it was a existing grocery store before Reasor's bought it. It is quicker to shop here versus the very large stores. They just don't have the depth of selections in all items.

I guess people don't eat many fresh fruits and veggies here, or need a fish counter, those sections are very small now. They do have Scissor Tail Farm herbs and lettuce and a minuscule organic assortment. Lots of junk impulse items that remind boomers of their childhood, lots of cute nick nacks that would just gather dust. Very nice employees. If you want ready to eat, this place has a fantastic deli and ready to eat section.

After going to this Reasor's I couldn't wait to get home and write a review... Erm... Yelp nerd to the max. Thanks for still being my friend, friends. This grocery store has everything without being too crowded or difficult to navigate. Walking in you are greeted with a beautiful floral selection and a rad glassed-in fire place. To the right is a delicious looking cafe with seating by the window for fun people watching. There is a beautiful cheese station with helpful attendants, a deli/ party-platter-put-together station and a sweet bakery (these cakes look they belong at the Louvre!) The ceilings are high and the aisles wide to make the atmosphere open. The best part of this new Reasor's? The staff. I came with mister baby to grab a few items and was greeted/asked if I needed help getting anything. Shoutout to Bill who grabbed my cart to put away after I picked up my bags!

    Pretty interior.

Two rather short trips prior to this review. I was so hopeful, after talking to manager after manager @ the 15th St store. And waiting sooo long. There's good & disappointing. I'm not going to post the same pictures that, apparently, we all took. Those undulating rows of veges ARE pretty. So my pix of the exterior are the disappointing part. That first: I just felt cheated. Like, they left old concrete? Whatever. It distracted from the "grand" entrance. It just looks old, used. Upon our first visit I was grabbed and hugged by a 15th St employee. Yea, they know me. She was very proud of her new store & anxious to share her knowledge of the cookware, their food offerings & the cafe. It is rather impressive. There's a gas fireplace when you walk in, separating it from the cafe. And they have the LITTLE carts they never could keep from being stolen from the 15th St store. Hubby was disappointed in the parking. But, it is what it is. We stood at the cheese station & I felt like I was in Whole Foods next door. Deja vu. But it is a great selection. We bought an interesting lemon cheese. I was still looking for a white or yellow miso (now found @ Sprouts! Yea!) & yet another manager took my name/# and, yeah, like all the others never got back to me. Like Whole Foods, the pharmacy section is on its own. That's nice. But I still couldn't find the highly advertised product I was looking for which is par for the course. If you shop for things like tabletop/linens or kitchen gadgets while you're @ the grocery store, they have a lot of stuff. And different. Pretty displays that even reminded me of FoodNet: ceramic egg trays, measuring spoons, etc. that I've seen on TV. Didn't check prices so can't comment. But that's a new concept for Tulsa as far as I know. Successful? Guess they'll find out. The employees are nice as ever. I was surprised by the review from the Dallas area, downplaying their stores. It's been a while, but hubby & I use to go out of our way to shop the totally awesome Central Market in Plano. And Whole Foods should probably thank Reasors. I'll go there more now that I'm in the area (as opposed to 15th St). UPDATE: looks as though other reviewers feel as let down by this store as I. ****UPDATE***** consumer alert: This store does not specifically honor Reasor ads! They don't even have their ads in this store, I discovered. Personally, I'm appalled by this. I shop the ads. I've gone from disappointment to anger with this store. If they choose to honor an item, be prepared to search out little green tags, not regular ones. So discrete. I'm not shy & threw a fit. The front desk said they'd honor the ad, but again, they don't have any knowledge. I found the prices wonkier than ever. Some Zataran, for instance, is less than some advertised as on sale. They had BIG displays of "sale" items in the isles, but if you wait (who has time for this, or is just another confusing ploy?) a day, the prices on same items would be less per "72 hour" sale! I couldn't find chicken leg quarters, but the great employees helped. Yes, they had them, but they looked totally unappealing. I passed. Then, all I needed was a regular package of frozen spinach. Oh, they had a **tiny** area for such an item & it was completely EMPTY. Yep. No spinach for me. Before I further inquired to management why they were (15th) pushing their own brands, like their 1/2 1/2, only to DROP their own labels here????, I encountered new check out boys. Both East Indian & quite hurried. I'm like "Whoa, boys. I want my meat in plastic, then in paper. I need my bags packed lightly." The tenacious bagger was way ahead. He'd put 3-4 heavy bottles (oil, V8 type) in one bag! I had to demand he pull it out from the lower cart shelf where he'd stuck it! So I could lift it. NOT. I'll add picture of said bag when he was done with it! He'd ripped & I guess he was in such a hurry he hoped I wouldn't see it, which I didn't until I got to my car. How rude & careless! All other employees were great as usual. These 2 need lessons in customer service, bagging and slowing down to LISTEN to the customer. They couldn't find my "meat" bag & I had to ask more than once that the plastic meat bags be put into paper (so I'd have handles when I got home!) Sprouts is getting more & more of my business. What are they thinking? They're overpriced! Not special. And they're ABOVE their own ads?? Give me a break!

December 31, around 9:30-9:35 p.m., I visited Reasor's at 2429 E. 15th St., Tulsa, OK 74104, and had one of the most upsetting and unprofessional retail experiences I have ever encountered. I went directly to the checkout counter, paid for my item, and completed my purchase like any other customer. Shortly after, I realized there was a transaction issue and calmly requested a refund so the transaction could be corrected. What should have been a routine customer-service matter quickly escalated into something completely inappropriate. Instead of assisting me, I was accused of stealing, without any verification or investigation. No one checked my receipt. No one reviewed the register. No attempt was made to confirm whether I had, in fact, paid for the item. The accusation came from the security guard, but what was most concerning was the lack of leadership that followed. The manager failed to step in, failed to question the accusation, and failed to independently review the facts. Management allowed a serious claim to stand without evidence and did nothing to de-escalate the situation or protect a paying customer. This was not only unprofessional--it was humiliating. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen, but accusing a customer of theft without proof is never acceptable. Customer service should be based on facts, fairness, and respect. None of those standards was upheld during this interaction. The entire experience was degrading, unnecessary, and avoidable. I left feeling disrespected and wrongfully treated. I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to others unless Reasor's makes great improvements in staff training, management accountability, and how customer disputes are handled. And I hadn't received an apology from the Manager. Hopefully, this gets his attention.

Reading my review from 2023…read morewould make me feel bad but 1) there were so many other 1* reviews and 2) my review was completely accurate & remembering that experience made me angry all over again. So to my visit a few days ago: I was majorly impressed. This store, even the PARKING LOT, has been completely renovated. Beautiful wide plank flooring. So many products. Everything on my shopping list was readily available. I don't think diapers, for instance, should be in the middle of "food". 4* for the product placement. Aisles seem nonsensical. To address comments from others in their reviews, regarding the *current* atmosphere. . . .yes, Walmart is often cheaper. And being the HUGE company they are, they have access to a nonstop variety of resources, so sometimes they'll have products more available. But in acquiring those lower prices, consider the possibility of lower quality (produce). Personnel is something business have to deal with. Managers need to keep in mind you can always go elsewhere. And, Ryan (see his review), who was abused by an employee this year! should have gone straight to the manager. The complaints on prices/coupons/ads, etc. It's maddening, and appears to be structured against the consumer. LOL. My recommendation is have a plan and know the rules. Sorry, it may be a little time consuming but it gets easier through repetition. And know (this reality makes utterly no sense to me) the "sales" vary from store to store. This was pointed out to me at the 15th St store a few years back. I was looking for a particular awesome sale item, like 10 limes for $1. A manager came to the disagreement, looked at the ad, and said, "That's only at the store out on 21st". Who knew? That's why you have to choose *your* store online. (If this has changed, I'm unaware). Another tip: shop as soon as possible when ads change, I thought. They run out of product FAST. Hubby took our shopping list on a Wednesday when ads are new. He got absolutely nothing that was advertised. They told him a shipment would be in the next day. I went on Friday and got it all. So I say shop early and still feel validity in that. Hope my experience helps somewhat.

Service was spot on throughout the entire night. We started with the deviled eggs, half plain and half Chef's Choice. The Chef's Choice were the best, drizzled with chili crisp (or pickled Szechuan peppercorns) and topped with a tiny gherkin and fresh dill. The soup of the day was a cabbage and radish soup. It was interesting and very homey but I wish I had ordered the salad. I had the Novarro Farm sweet Potato Gnocchi (kale and pecan pesto, Birch Bottom Farm Georgia candy roaster, fresh chevre). I was a little hesitant about the kale pesto but should NOT have been. This dish was delicious--great garlic flavor. Would order again. The burger looked amazing and while The Hubs said it was good, he also said it needed some more spice. They had a couple of rotating beers from Heirloom--a Mexican Lager and an Italian Pilsner. I had the Water Lily cocktail, their take on an Aviation. Order it just because it's beautiful (and refreshing). The photo does not depict the deep color of it. I asked what other gin based cocktails they had on their menu. They didn't but the server/bartender offered to make me a Bee's Knees for the second round. It was delicious! The atmosphere here is casual but the food is elevated. I kept thinking this is what a French bistro would be like inside. I want to come back and shop the market.
