Lee is the best. We locked my wife's wallet in the glove box of her car, and the lock broke and we couldn't get it out. It was a holiday weekend and had to leave town the next day. My girlfriend always gives me advice, I take it whenever I can. I give her advice---she doesn't always listen to practical advice. I told her to keep her house keys in a bowl on her dresser by the door so doesn't lose them. One day we left her place...her keys weren't in the bowl, she rushed out without even noticing, and she locked herself out! It was late at night...I mean middle of the night late. It was so late it was almost early. I called Reasonable and he came in the middle of night...in the cold...to open her door. It wasn't one of the easier locks where you could do it with a credit card, it took some tools precise work. However, there is no sweeter sound when you're locked out in the cold than a lock opening. Purchased a house in Croton on Hudson with no keys. Called Lee at around 11am and he was at our place changing the locks by 3pm. Very efficient with excellent customer service. Wasn't cheap in price, but I feel like I was provided with an excellent value nonetheless. We now have 3 exterior doors which all lock/unlock using the same key which is amazingly convenient. Lee is a great locksmith. He came and fixed our problem. The lock had to be replaced. He was the only one who told me to get a replacement lock before he came over In case it could not be fixed. That way it was easier on both of us. So I got a lock, Lee came over and showers me what was wrong and replaced the lock with the new one that I purchased. The first one was not even installed correctly! And I could see exactly what was broken! Lee was friendly, careful and accurate. The cost was reasonable- two days later the lock stopped working and he came back atNO EXTRA CHARGE AND REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE. I took back the one that had a factory defect! My husband and I got home and Lee was waiting for us after work to install the second new lock ! Thank you Lee. We highly recommend this company. He treats his customers with respect and concern. I see that Yelp suggested that my prior review was not "real." Hogwash. It's as real as it gets. Lee really helped me out in a jam - when the only other set of keys to my house were on an airplane traveling cross-country. I didn't get anything for writing my review - I just really appreciated that late afternoon on a Saturday a real licensed locksmith, in a marked vehicle - with all sorts of tools - came to my aid quickly. Was it free? Of course not. Reasonable -sure - particularly given the emergency. Bottom line, I got into my house, Lee fixed a couple of other little things for no extra charge and I was still able to get to and catch the last few innings of my son's little league game. My wife and I just moved into the area of Yorktown Heights. We called Reasonable Locksmithing. Leland picked up the phone and ever so politely walked me through all of my concerns. He explained the pros and cons of the different types of locks I was interested in purchasing. I had so many questions and he patiently answered each one. I was at Home Depot buying locks, when I ran into a problem. I called Reasonable Locksmithing and Leland picked up the phone and once again walked me through all of my questions while I was at Home Depot. On the installation date, Leland was early (very punctual). He immediately identified himself, presented me with his business card, and was very professional. I had made a list of questions in general to ask about security and locks, and he once again answered all of them. Leland even walked around my entire house and was so knowledgeable about so many other things. His kind and friendly demeanor put me at ease. Leland was quick and neat. He even showed me a defect in my main entrance door and walked me through the reasoning of why it was defected.
