Beasely is the consumate professional. Responsive, knowledgeable, appears fully equiped, and reasonably priced to fulfill lock/key related issues. We were not left keys to our garage door emergency opening lock. Instead of costing us a service call we were patiently told how to remove the lock and bring it in. I called Beasley a few months ago to replace a lock that broke on my back deck door. It took 3 calls to get someone to call me back and then finally someone came to my house to access the situation. Unfortunately, the lock was old and I was told it would need to be special ordered. Weeks went by with no phone call, so I called and was told it was on back order. Several calls later and finally, I was told they couldn't find a lock to replace my broken one. Why not be more responsive and return customer calls more promptly. Why not call the customer and tell them you are having trouble locating the lock rather than telling the customer "it's on back order". That is a huge difference. Now 3 months later, I begin to start all over. For now, I have a lock from Home Depot that fits but just doesn't lock as easily as I'd like and doesn't match my decor. I'll be calling another company in the future as Beasley must have forgotten about "customer service!" Very disappointed. read more

I needed a copy of a car key that had a remote attached to it, didn't get the remote but the key opens the door and starts the ignition. Great spare! I looked and called around and this was the most reasonably price in the fastest time. So a friend said go to Beasley's for a Marks key and a Medeco key. Fleetwood has done a poor job of installing the two Locks. And they wouldn't make me an extra key for each. Well, the bottom lock was hard to use and very hard to get copied. The key never worked here. And that locksmith would not itemize my giant bill. And this guy is nice but not worth the trip from White Plains area as his key didn't work! read more

Great locksmith. Knows his stuff. Our commercial grade combination door lock stopped working. Nobody could repair it and the same model would set us back $1,200. Beasley was able to get it working again and its working perfectly months later. Cannot recommend enough. The store is also a treasure chest of different locks. read more

Most car dealerships will make you pay an arm and a leg to get a sidewinder key just cut, but Beasley's not only was VERY affordable, but the cut was done on the spot in literally no time. This post is a little late (2+ months), but I'm happy to say that Beasley's was able to program my replacement key fobs at a very reasonable price (less than a third of the dealership quote - and I didn't have to make an appointment or leave my car). I'll be going back to Beasley's for all of my lock and key needs from now on. read more

We used Beasley's in May-June 2015. Perhaps things have changed at Beasley's since the prior reviews, but I completely disagree with them. Beasley's was slow, made mistakes, couldn't solve a problem, and failed to answer a question once they were paid. A week after I called, a long time Beasley's employee came to my home, made a list of materials they needed to order, and said they would contact me. I called several weeks later, and that person had left Beasley's, but the owner had his list which they only then ordered. The owner came over, but the parts he had were wrong. He returned with the right parts, but after he left I realized the keyed lock in an Andersen sliding patio door wasn't working properly. He said he had forgotten to set the "timing" inside the lock, returned and did that, but there were still problems with the door which he couldn't solve. By this point I had paid him in full. I called the place where I purchased the door, and they gave me a replacement part which, they said, might solve the problem. I called Beasley's to get the owner's opinion about whether changing the parts might help and because changing the parts was something I could not do myself. I was told the owner would call me back. I waited, then called again, and the person who answered said he couldn't "force" the owner to call me. I never heard from him. This upset me more than anything. I called Andersen, and they sent someone over who found a simple, common sense, solution to the problem. read more
