First off, most parents and kids have no idea what is required to get a license and understandably ask a ton of questions when they call, parents call without knowing when their kids schedule-a little hard to schedule an appointment- you would be surprised at the amount of parents that bring kids late for appointment- or are late to pick them up after the lesson. Often child doesn't have their permit with them- it is illegal to drive with out it- and the parent is mad at the instructor. Believe it not, it takes a ton of patience to deal with the parents and their lack of respect for the instructors time as well as general rudeness because they want an appointment today or tomorrow. They make sure that the students receive the lessons that they need in order to drive and ensure that the students understand the material being taught. They also make sure the instructors are in their best condition in order to make sure that they stay focused during the lesson and that lessons are given at the highest quality possible. I was surprised to meet a gentleman named Rene smiling and waiting for me. He was patting his chair for me to sit down.
