Our first interaction with A-Z Driving School was with Erin, she was very helpful and thoroughly went over all the options of service they provide. The prices are fair, they offer continuously flexible session times, and their cars are clean and recent models. I was nervous the first day but Kristi creates a welcoming and supportive environment. I felt safe to express myself, make mistakes and to ask questions. The format of the class starts with brief introductions to the other friendly drop in students then warm up exercises which are always different and thought provoking. Then we take turns performing cold reads into the camera. She chooses the scenes and gives us options and flexibility on what we want to work on. (If we let her know ahead of time she will email us the scripts so we have more time to prepare. )Then we get to watch the playback of our performances and receive constructive feedback right then and there that we can immediately implement into our second take of the scene. Kristi gives expert advice and encourages us to be creative and try different things. She can help pinpoint weaknesses and strengths and how exactly to improve upon them. I've gained confidence as an actor and learned techniques that work for me. It's also been helpful to observe the other students perform different scenes and to hear Kristi's feedback for them. I highly recommend bringing a notebook to remember her insightful advice and our discussions. Kristi is a great teacher, personable, entertaining and she knows what she's talking about. I can't emphasize enough how fun her class is! We are all learning and laughing and discovering ourselves- it's an enriching experience. Another bonus is she lets you keep the recordings which helps if you don't have a reel to send out to auditions yet. The weirdest and most interesting way to book a class. I found them on Meetup and decided to give…read morethem a try. I went to their website to sign up for a YouTube equipment class. Their website didn't disclose the exact address so I was kinda nervous and hesitant. It seemed kinda silly that they email address to enrolled students only but - what could go wrong? - I thought so I signed up. I received a confirmation email from their team but got no address. They told me they would email me the exact location a few days before the class starts. I kinda panicked and convinced myself that this was a total scam. I thought I had lost my money. I didn't even bother emailing them back. A few days later they sent me an another email with the address for the class along with the details like where I needed to park. They apologized for emailing me late and explained that they were a startup building in-person classes, Airbnb style. It was a big relief to know that my money didn't go down the drain! On the day of the class, I drove to the address they sent me and followed the exact steps. Once I arrived, I found a group of people waiting for the class to start. After a while, the photography instructor (Atif) welcomed us all and began teaching like we were in a casual college classroom. He was super nice and gave us all the chance to ask our questions about recording videos on YouTube. At the end of the class, they handed over a feedback form and asked us questions about how they can improve. Now that's called adventure!! I thought they only offered videography and photography classes but I got to know that they also offer other skill classes like cooking classes, fitness classes, coding classes, writing classes, and music classes. Not sure how they're managing to host all these classes but I personally loved the overall experience! The only thing is, I wish they disclose the exact location right after you enroll, instead of having to wait for the email. Other than that, it was a fabulous experience! The…read morecontent of the lessons was really helpful to get a holistic introduction to the PMI body of knowledge. Joe was a wonderful instructor. He explained the concepts effectively and concisely, with practical examples. His explanation also came with useful exam tips that really helped during prepping and taking the exam later. The studying portal on the PMA account was quite useful as well. There're so many resources I think I only used half of what's provided. The reference sheets (e.g. ITTO sheet, process groups, Agile/Predictive Quick Study Guides) were especially helpful.

False advertising at its best…read more Signed up for the Windows 10 Support and Troubleshooting Instructor Led Training 3 months in advance but 1 week before the training, I asked for the location of the training since when I booked the training it was not assigned yet, only to discover that my class had been moved to a virtual class. Got in touch with the Director of Sales and confirmed that Instructor led classes are only confirmed IF 3-4 people register for the instructor led course. As we only had 2 people registered (me and my co worker) for the training, they moved the training to be Virtual led training with no early confirmation. When signing up for the training there was no fine print stating the class would be moved to virtual led if not enough people attended. The confirmation email had a link listed as "what's next?" Which if you clicked on it, it would tell you the class will be moved if not enough people registered. Weird though - how they would tell you AFTER you book the class. Even the Director of Sales, sent me an email agreeing that the marketing of this course was misleading and offered us to come into their local office location so we could remote into the training. Although I appreciate the effort to offer alternatives, I did not sign up for this course to come into an office to remote into a virtual training. Overall horrible false advertising and poor communication updates in regards to the class. Would not suggest booking your training here unless you want a virtual class.
