Yoga here has genuinely become something I look forward to. That said, for a membership that is around $200/month, I really wish a few basic amenities were included. There's no shower, water cooler/refill station, or even small touches like a small dry, absorbent sweat towels to use during class, so I always have to make sure I bring enough water from home. With Lifetime right around the corner offering many classes including hot yoga along with amenities like towels, water refill stations, saunas, and showers etc for a comparable monthly cost, it does make me reconsider the value of my membership here. I'm sharing this because I genuinely want to stay! If the studio added even a few of these small amenities-especially a water refill station/ small towel-it would make a huge difference. I could honestly see myself being a member for years. I hope the studio takes this feedback into consideration because otherwise I absolutely love being here.

Yelp bestie Bea and I took the Thursday 7:300pm Hot HIIT Pilates fusion class. You are required to bring your own mat or rent one for $2. You can go barefoot or use Pilates socks. The Pilates room with the projector is very cool and relaxing. I have never been to a studio like this. As for the class: Right off the bat, the warms ups had my arms sore! We later moved into stretches and using the weighted balls to do the various exercises. The instructor is great- she kept the energy up and challenged us in a great way! We did everything from core, legs, glutes, biceps, triceps. I enjoyed the full body workout. We received lavender cooling towels in the end which I loved! I will definitely be coming back!

I actually don't think I've ever taken a class with Mandy, but have heard fantastic things about her from almost everyone who comes. My friend has quoted Mandy's sage advice: "You don't mess with the gods or your knees." I would consider myself an advanced beginner and used to challenge myself to the level II/III class on Tuesday evenings. My work and their class schedule have since changed, but I'll still try to drop in whenever our schedules align. Most recently, I've been hitting up the community yoga classes on Fridays at 7:30. They are taught by teachers in training, and there is almost always a great vibe in the studio. As fellow Yelpers have mentioned, parking in both the adjoining lot and the municipal lot across the street can get a bit tricky. Either come early or plan to park on a side street. Either way, this place is completely worth it.

All the instructors I've had have been very, very nice, patient, and motivating. They really pick the right people to instruct here. One instructor even took me aside after class and showed me alternate exercises I could do to keep weight off my wrist because I injured it years ago and it's never healed properly. Facility is clean and comfortable. Parking can be tricky, but there's plenty of street parking around though. My one and only complaint is that $28 per class is very steep. I'm not rich and could certainly not afford 2 classes a week, let alone the 3-5 they recommend taking ($56/week = $2,912/year). The new client special - $99 for a month of unlimited classes - is a GREAT deal, you get your money's worth very fast. Will be coming back as often as I can afford. Always feel great after class.

You need to get the facts straight first before you jump the gun on how friendly Frank was to me because that's simply NOT the case... My ID is 100% valid. Im retired like I told him several times This is what I clearly told Frank a year ago and he said that it was" no issue at all" ..So I ended up coming back to the club a year later to finally join up. He asked me for ID which I showed him, then he started to say oh didn't you come in here a year ago etc, so I said yes I did. He then tells me "oh your ID says retired you can join at the full rate" and "I told you last time that im not giving you the discount we offer ...(that's not true at all ), What he said was that it was NO ISSUE".. He started to examine my ID, hold it up to the light literally about 5 different times ,,,Not sure what that was about...I said Frank, " WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY ID- YOURE EXAMINING IT LIKE ITS A FAKE $100 BILL OR SOMETHING, I said is there an issue?????..and he says " OH NOTHING I WAS JUST LOOKING AT IT. He then continues to say he's not giving me the discount and he told me this last year. I said NO PROBLEM...I was leaving, asked him for my ID back, and he started taking pictures of my ID with his phone... Maybe you can clear that up for me Andrew..what was that about after I said no problem and was clearly leaving the club with my coat on. Why did he start taking pictures of My ID? I mean I could care less that you or him think my ID is not valid, I could care less about any discount, or joining your club..Thats not the point at all.. I just didn't appreciate the way I was treated..PERIOD. Its really as Simple as that..I hope this clears it up for you. My experience was not good.
