The flowers were prepped at the Ajax location but I was able to specify them for pick up at Pickering Town Center which was more convenient for me. I made a quick call to customer service as I was a little confused as to where the flowers were ending up at first but it was sorted out with no problem and the rep was very friendly. As for the actual flowers, they were fresh, colourful, and with some not quite blooming yet which is absolutely perfect so the recipients can enjoy their flowers in full bloom. I received an email notification that the flowers were delivered on the same day to the recipient (although I didn't confirm with the receiver if they got it as it was for a bereavement and that would just be tacky of me to follow-up with her in her time of grieving). Whenever I have to send flowers to loved ones in Whitby, this is the only place I know of....UNTIL I do more research on flower shops in the area.
