I like transparency in the companies I deal with and between Nestle's pure lack of communication and the trash non working website and their crooked billing system they are just not a company I want to do business with. i used to be with Palomar water service. And it was great. Communication was up to par my water service as well as my billing cycle and delivery dates were communicated wonderfully. But ever since joining this new company it has been the most current this experience just out right disrespectful they don't communicate it's hard to communicate with them I had to go through my old company Palomar to get information on how to log into my account I had to communicate with the company because they did not communicate with me until I reached out to them. And when they finally did communicate back with me all of a sudden they have all of the proper channels to communicate with me as as my telephone number and my email address my address but I've never sent one line of communication but sent me a very disrespectful letter saying that they have went through all the proper channels to communicate with me and they never did they are a bunch of liars & cheats. they have showed me multiple times they they do not care about the customer satisfactory that they only care about the bottom line which is their income this is the horrible company horrible. Horrible Service! To begin, we tried Ready Refresh by Nestle after being fed up with the service provided by Sparklett's, through Costco. Ready Refresh promised me that they could get into my gated community and I even provided them with a key. No dice! Constant phone calls from drivers not being able to access my building and rescheduled deliveries. We switched to Palomar Mountain. Unfortunately, the numbskulls over at Ready Refresh bought Palomar Mountain and now were back. After another call today from the driver not being able to access my building and coming home to no water. We're done again! Customer service is crap! Drivers are lazy! Worthless! Have had delivery for 40 yrs. the last few a mess since they are no longer Arrowhead. Never same delivery man so screws up monthly. I have had to call so many times. Sometimes no delivery or incorrect delivery. I understand no one has assigned routes now. What a disaster ! Who manages this company? The bosses son? Total incompetence & I may change companies soon. They were going door to door in my condo complex, where each building is clearly marked with a "no soliciting" sign. my order is usually changed each month. It should be on the 14th and changes to the 16th and the 17th and finally delivered on the 17th (an example) Then they have added a tip option for your driver. The driver should be paid enough that they shouldn't have to be tipped, or I should be able to meet them at the door to tip. Its the assuming part. On top of the fact that the charges increase almost every few months. You will get a letter that the price for the 5 gallons is increasing, the next moth is the delivery charge is increasing. Just do it all at once, your not being sneaky but irritating. It sucks they are the only company that delivers the water we like. If we weren't trying to save the planet by not having the single bottles, I would cancel this company in a heartbeat. read more

Ready Refresh cannot be relied upon to deliver water or replace broken water coolers. We are a business client and we have been waiting a week for a replacement water cooler. Today, our office was told that the delivery person would be on site between 8am-12pm to replace our water cooler. Noon comes and goes.......then, one of our colleagues tells us that she ran into the Ready Refresh delivery driver and he REPLACED THE WATER COOLER AT ANOTHER BUILDING NEXT TO OURS! It was our replacement water cooler and the delivery driver literally went to the wrong building and swapped out their unbroken water cooler...... my colleague asked if he also had a replacement for our office and he said "No" and drove away. WTF!? The delivery directions had the name of our department on it! The office that received our water cooler is literally at another address!! It is inconceivable that this has happened! We let Ready Refresh know and it will take ANOTHER WEEK FOR THEM TO COME OUT!!! I guess we will have no water for another week. Thanks for nothing Ready Refresh! read more

If I could I would give zero stars. Tonight at 6:40 in the evening while having my front door open someone attempted to open my screen door. After hearing jostling noises to my door like someone was trying to open my screen door I went to look at what was going on. I found one of your representatives standing on my patio with four other people just outside my gate. She did not identify herself initially and just started to tell me if I knew about the water next week. I asked who she was and she finally identified herself as Melody from Ready Refresh. She was trying to tell me that she had great news about the water. She was extremely surprised no one had informed me about the water prior. I then realized she was trying to sell me something so I refused to hear her pitch and told her I was not interested and to please leave. She became rude after and did not like the fact I was not interested and when I told her it's rude to try and open people's doors instead of knocking or ringing a doorbell she denied she did so. Their new website, trying to reach customer service during a changeover and lack of communication with billing has frustrated me beyond control. I tried to cancel service 9/28/21 due to ever rising prices and what seemed like an overlap in billing cycles. Also, customer service was a nightmare by phone. Sometimes an automated message would just say they aren't taking calls at that time. Cancelled via their online message system which says 3-5 biz days response. I told em no future charges were authorized. I finally got an email 10/17/21 telling me to call the 800 number which you can't get through on unless you have 5 hours to sit around. They kept billing through the year AND I had to cancel my credit card to stop the unauthorized charges. They are still billing me and trying to collect and threatening me!! Avoid this company. They get a 1 star because the delivery guys are cool. read more

A few days ago I received a knock on my door. Some rep named Bonnie from this place, saying she works for Ready Refresh. I opened the door and told her I was not interested in what she was selling. She was very rude and persisted on selling me water. I told her I have a filter for my water and I have no need for water to be delivered. She then told me to put it in my garage! What!?! Yes. She TOLD me. Are you selling or telling me how to manage my house? These people are attempting to con people into buying a service that is a nightmare! Whoever trains these people needs to be retrained themselves. (Just so others know, the reps from this company--the ones who sell the service, work for Divergent Management Solutions in San Diego. They claim to have a 5 star review. I'm sure they get customers in the moment after a sale to post their reviews so it looks like Divergent is any better then Ready Refresh, or whatever they are calling themselves. read more

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER! Arrowhead was great until ReadyFresh took over then their service went to sh**! Deliveries were consistently skipped, water was not brought to my door (sometimes it didn't even make it inside the gate even though they had a key) and at one time I had 11 water bottles on my porch because they never picked up the empties. I switched to Palomar. They were great and then ReadyFresh bought them out too!! Here we go again...had a delivery scheduled for 1/1/21 no show. Called them and they "generously" rescheduled it for 1/13 - No show again. Called to find out that they had 'skipped' my delivery, no reason given...now says it will be here Friday but I'm not holding my breath. Looking for a new service immediately! read more

I have been trying to cancel my account with ready refresh and remove my payment information for the last month. I was able to get this accomplished after waiting one hour (and multiple failed attempts) to get through to customer service. Only to have them reactivate my account a week later. The water is good. The rest is horrible. I buy $240 of water every 2 weeks. They miss deliveries. Their nationalized customer service is apathetic and the website ordering/billing is almost useless. As a long/standing customer I was assured it would get better, but its only deteriorated. Yesterday after two prior missed deliveries (I waited) they assured me the 30 bottles would arrive by 1:00,...then 1:30,...then 3:30,...then 5;00. This has been one of my worst customer experiences of any company. I sent an email to cancel in August. They didn't cancel. I called to cancel in September. They said they canceled, but didn't. Here I am in November with a $150 bill after not receiving anything from the company for two months. To top it off TWO customer service representatives hung up after looking into this issue. I originally contracted with Palomar Water a few years ago and ReadyRefresh bought them. I really didn't have any issues afterwards. I was fine with Arrowhead water, the deliveries were still on the dates they said, the drivers were all friendly and on time. The one time I had a question, I was only on hold for about 3 minutes and a very nice lady took care of me. Even when I canceled the service, I was only on hold about 10 minutes, the whole thing was done quickly, but admittedly, I did not receive a cancellation confirmation email like they said I would. It was after having them raise the price of the water twice in 2 years, and add a delivery fee, I started to think about cancelling. It was just no longer in my price range. The final straw was when I started getting emails asking me to tip my delivery person. ReadyRefresh was owned by Nestle, a HUGE corporation that makes billions in profits, and, on top of that, has had questionable practices in regards to obtaining water. To think that they would ask that of their customers, after jacking up prices so much, is ridiculous. Nestle has more than enough money to make sure each employee is receiving a living wage. Passing that responsibility directly to their customers is just bad business and proves they are unethical. read more

Only way they let you cancel or stop auto payments is via phone and there is no way to get through to them on the phone. I finally had to contact my bank to dispute the charges and block payment and they had the nerve to send me another bill stating payment was declined and to call their number! I can't even give this company 1 star... I have had nothing but problems from the start of them taking over my account when the small business I was with sold to them. I've contacted their customer service multiple times since February & they've "fixed" my account/problem every time, until the next month! I'm supposed to be receiving deliveries every other month & somehow even when I go into my account & skip a month the next delivery goes back to the next month! I've been told a manager was going to contact me & has never done so... I've even spoken to customer service with Pure Life water, which is the company on the bottle, & still the delivery didn't stay changed! I rarely give out 1 star but geez Louise, I can only take so much. I used to get my water from Palomar Water but when ReadyRefresh, which is owned by Nestle, took over. All aspects of service declined almost immediately. Their customer service is non-existent. You can't call because they can't handle the volume of calls apparently, and when you write them online as they prefer you do. It takes them 4 business days to acknowledge that you've written and another 5-7 business days to answer. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Recently they stated that someone at my company rejected a water delivery and I know for a fact this is not true. At my house on more than one occasion they've showed up a day after the schedule I'm given and one time they cancelled same day, and were going to wait until the following cycle / month to resume delivery with no explanation. Then there was the month I got triple charged and they took 22 days to sort it out. So, as of Monday both my home and business accounts are going to be cancelled. Completely unreliable! I finally canceled my account with Readyrefresh water delivery service. I got my water delivery each month on time, but not usually on the date I was told it would arrive, but close enough. Thedrivers were always very nice. But there are several reasons this company gets a big ZERO from me for customer service: First of all its difficult to contact them. It took me several months of trying b because i just didn't have the time to sit and wait on the phone for 45 minutes at a time. I'd want to change my delivery items, add or subtract some items, maybe change the date or skip a month's delivery and would try to sign on to the website to do that. I would get a message that I hadn't signed on in a while and needed to call Customer Service. When i called them, I'd be told there was a 25 minute wait and I'd wait and wait and then get disconnected. But I kept trying. I thought if I can just get through to them and have them fix whatever was wrong so I could sign on to the website successfully, I'd be satisfied. Anyway...finally I got through to someone who sounded like they were in India that i could barely understand. He sounded confused and it took about 10 minutes but he finally sent me a link to change my password which he said should solve the problem. I opened up the link and got this message: "Oops! Something went wrong....call customer service". So i said to the guy, "OK, just cancel my account". So he transferred me to another department and I wanted another 10 minutes and was finally able to cancel my account. Another reason I wanted to cancel was that they don't offer Alkaline Water and I get 3 gallon bottles because they are easier for me to lift, but then they stopped using bottles with handles on the side which makes them difficult to lift anyway. So no more Ready Refresh for me. I'm searching for a more user friendly company that offers alkaline water. read more

Ready Fresh and their parent company have recently acquired Palomar Mountain Premium Water Company. I loved Palomar's water and their service. I had no problems every communicating with them. Then at the beginning of this year when Ready Fresh took over the problems began. First I was told by Palomar that Ready Fresh was going to continue to deliver Palomar water which was a lie. Second I was sent a delivery schedule from Palomar Water back in November that told me when I would be receiving water delivery, Ready Fresh to this day has not told me if or when they would be delivering. Ready Fresh immediately took down Palomar's website so there was no way to pay my outstanding balance from 2 weeks ago. I tried to set up an account on Ready Fresh's website but it now has said "technical difficulties, please call our 800 # for service. I called the 800 number and a gentleman told me that "they will be getting to this in the future. Be patient and a bill would be coming in the mail." When I asked when my delivery date would be he laughed and said "gosh I don't know." I asked when they could pick up their empty bottles that I still have and he said, "I should be receiving something in the mail soon" This has gotten off to a very bad start and I am now canceling service. I am now out of bottled water and at a loss with this shitty company. Thanks for nothing Arrowhead/Ready Fresh Water company for ruining positive a 4 year business relationship. You obviously don't care about your "existing customers" when you acquire an existing business. Not only will I never take delivery of your crappy reverse osmosis water but I will not ever purchase your products from any grocery or convenience store ever again. Why would you take over a business and have no intention of contacting your customers and letting them know how billing and delivery works with your company? I have had to call several times, each time having to wait way to long to even talk to someone. It took three times to solve the problem. The delivery service is unreliable!! Once again the water wasn't delivered, this as happened several times as well. As I write this, I have been on hold 40 minutes so far to let them know I didn't receive my water. I have filed at least 8 complaints, canceled my membership twice, been promised a return phone call through several emails over a months time and still no response, phone call or membership canceled. Worst customer service ever. This company is a joke and you will be sorry if you use them. They add additional items to your order and you don't find out until it's nmbeen delivered. I used to use another local water delivery service but stopped because of the customer service and prices. I decided to try again using ReadyRefresh and I am so glad that I did! It's so easy to manage and order everything online and their catalog of items is incredible! I got my first delivery and set up today and was absolutely impressed! My delivery driver was beyond helpful and kind and even gave me a case of Pellegrino as a free trial! The stainless steel cooler is VERY nice and all digital and even has a light for when you get thirsty in the middle of the night and don't want to miss your glass! They have very flexible delivery options and schedules as well! If you are in the market for water delivery that has excellent customer service, competitive prices and a wonderful selection of products give these guys a call!!! read more

The reason for 2 stars has less to do with the quality of the products and delivery services, and more to do with the website and billing systems. As far as I know Nestle won't let you order as a one-time transaction, they want every order to be a recurring order, which is Ok if you are good about estimating how fast you will consume the water, but when you start having multiple deliveries over time and are returning bottles for deposits the whole billing system becomes jumbled because they will include multiple deliveries in the same invoice as well as new deposits on the bottles they just delivered mixed with deposits on bottles you returned on the last delivery. I had a very hard time making sense of the invoices, but could decipher enough to know I had paid for more water than had been delivered. I eventually decided the only way to resolve the billing issue was to cancel all deliveries in the hope of getting something like a "final invoice". After it was clear I was not going to be ordering again, and IIRC about 60 days later, I received a refund check from Nestle for somewhere around $140! I was glad their accounting system finally caught up with reality and settled my account, but I still struggle to understand why they held so much money back in the first place. I like transparency in the companies I deal with and between Nestle's amateurish website and their quasi crooked billing system they are just not a company I want to do business with, although I may have to since I bought a water dispenser that may only accept Arrowhead bottles, but I am trying to find a workaround for that problem as I write this. read more
