Constatine responded very quickly and came to the house to give a quote. He was extremely nice and explained our options without trying to up sale. Pricing was fair and competitive with the other companies we had contacted. We decided to go with Water Purifaciions Systems due to their quick response, great communication, past reviews, workmanship, and their competitive pricing. On the day of install, Constantine and his team arrived when they said they would. Their work was efficient, clean, and custom. We did encounter one issue, but they rolled with it and resolved the issue with no problems. They cleaned up after themselves and went over the system in detail with us. They were patient and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Water Purification Systems for your water treatment needs here in San Diego County. Thank You Constantine and to your team.

Recently, I woke up in the middle of the night to find no water running in my house -- a total shock. (To be clear, this was not WPS's fault.) First thing in the morning, I called them in a panic. They answered promptly, walked me through how to get the water back on, and came out the very next day for maintenance. This review is for their continued care and stellar service over the years. I've had the pleasure of working with Eugene at WPS, and he is consistently professional, respectful, and incredibly competent. He explained that a power outage can disrupt the system's timing, and he patiently taught me how to adjust it so this doesn't happen again. Eugene is thorough, kind, and always delivers top-tier service. I just want to say again how much I recommend this company -- they truly go above and beyond.

I got in touch with Jaye at All Cities Water Treatment and he helped walk me through everything I needed to know about my water and how to treat it. He candidly answered some of the questions I had along with explaining the different options they offer but never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need. Jaye let me know that once I have a system it's very easy to add things on if I want. Jaye came out to my home for a consultation and to look at the plumbing. He drafted up a plan for the drainage of our new system and we got on the schedule for install the following week. The estimate was extremely fair compared to some others I had received. Eddie arrived promptly and did an amazing job with the install, replacing a failing valve, tucking and hiding piping for the drain. He was super knowledgeable on the system and walked me through the basics of what I needed to do. We are already starting to feel and see that the water is softer and cleaner. I will be recommending All Cities Water Treatment to anyone who is curious about water treatment!

In contrast to others I have dealt with, they truly sought to inform me rather than trying to drive my decision or to "close a sale." I discussed frankly my "DIY" alternative and there was no pessimism or pressure, and I got the answers I needed to finalize my decision to replace, and the same with the more complex decision and tradeoffs of going tankless, and also they alerted me to the fact that I do not have a water pressure regulator, but, again, purely informatively, not in a "sales" mode, and referred me to resources to study further. I consider the price to have been competitive and also I have confidence in their guidance on the right model. They were punctual and once you know what you want, it is great to have it fully accomplished the next day. I recommend very highly the professionals who worked with me and the company they represent.

This time around, our Rheem water heater failed before reaching even 7 years, despite having a 12‑year warranty. Even though Quick is closed on weekends, Brandon texted me and set us up first thing Monday morning. Ben (sales) was extremely helpful, walked me through all the options, and made a genuine effort to get Rheem to honor the warranty. Unfortunately, Rheem couldn't provide a replacement and instead offered fair market compensation (still TBD). Not thrilled with Rheem, but Ben handled the situation professionally and kept me informed throughout. We ultimately went with a Bradford White, and Sammy installed it the same day. His work was excellent--professional, efficient, and spotless cleanup. The Bradford White + installation was very reasonable and very surprisingly comparable to my prior installation. Very impressed with Quick's responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to turn everything around in a single day. Highly recommend them.

First and foremost, I would like to thank the EcoWater team for their professionalism and…read morewillingness to help. Their customer service is top-notch and aligns well with the values expected from a Costco-affiliated business. That said, I do have some concerns about the overall process. On Saturday (3/14), I discovered a major leak coming from my EcoWater ECR3700 system. Water was streaming heavily, and initially, I had no way to shut it off. In a panic, I contacted the original installer, Jose, who reminded me about the bypass valve. I was able to engage it, which stopped the main flow from the cracked valve assembly; however, the unit continued to leak. The bypass valve, which is supposed to fully stop water flow, did not perform as expected. Since the leak was at least somewhat controlled, I waited until Monday (3/16) to contact the office. They scheduled an emergency appointment to assess the situation. The emergency visit cost $250, compared to $150 for a standard appointment. Given that I had an active leak through no fault of my own, I felt I had no choice but to proceed with the higher-cost option. The technician confirmed a crack in the valve body but was unable to resolve the leak due to high water pressure. He recommended replacing the pressure regulator. Marissa from the office was very helpful, but the earliest available appointment to replace the water softener was not until Thursday (3/26). I was also informed that the system could not be replaced until the water pressure issue was addressed. This was confusing, as my water pressure has remained the same since the original installation. According to the specification sheet for the ECR/ERR3700 system, it is rated for up to 125 PSI, while my home measured around 100 PSI--high, but still within the system's stated limits. It was unclear why replacement could not proceed under those conditions. After some back-and-forth, I was able to work out a solution with the technician, Charlie, who ultimately replaced both the water softener and the pressure regulator. Overall, I appreciate the efforts of everyone I interacted with at EcoWater. While I disagree with the $250 emergency visit--especially since it did not resolve the leak--I do appreciate that they did not charge additional labor for the final replacement, as the unit was still under warranty. I am hopeful that with the water pressure now reduced to 68 PSI, the system will perform reliably moving forward. Additional Thoughts: If your system is under warranty, the process should be relatively straightforward. However, I do question the potential costs for customers whose systems are no longer covered. The valve body--arguably the most failure-prone component--is made of plastic and carries only a 10-year warranty. While the system advertises a "lifetime warranty," this can be somewhat misleading since the valve body is the part most likely to fail. Most water softeners typically last around 10-15 years, meaning the warranty is most beneficial in cases like mine, where a defect occurs relatively early (within 7 years of installation). The current price for an ECR/ERR3700 system through Costco is approximately $6,000-$7,000, which is on the higher end compared to other options. I have yet to determine whether the added cost delivers proportional value. Side Note: EcoWater also offers under-sink filtration systems. However, I find it difficult to justify their price point, as they use proprietary filters that must be purchased through them. These replacements appear to be significantly marked up. There are many alternative filtration systems available online that offer comparable performance with more affordable, widely available replacement filters.
