Ever since Primo\Sparkletts got bought by ReadyRefresh, they have been awful. Late/no show deliveries, incorrect delivery amounts, poor telephone customer service. The list is non stop. No accountability with anyone in the company. I will never use them again and I tell everyone I know who inquires about water delivery to avoid this company at all costs. Recently they wanted to charge me $50 for holding onto a cooler (that they couldn't ever schedule to pick up reliably) at my house for a month. They are an awful, shady company. read more

Previously sparklett, this company USED to be wonderful. Since ready refresh took over it is AWFUL! Their website is essentially worthless. It's slow, nothing loads properly and they don't pay attention to changes you make to your account. Getting a human via chat through the website is a lie. It's all bots and they won't route you to a human. Tried calling, multiple times, NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER. No one calls back. No one emails back. This company is a total scam!!! ALL of their drivers are fed up. They're tired of their shitty company sending them to pissed off customers and having to deal with it. They changed delivery times to 5am-2pm. After the last two mergers, the reocurring deliver and autopayment process is broken. They made a delivery to my front porch in June one month early whithout any advanced notification while I was on vacation and nobody at home. I called the help desk six times and after 45 minutes waiting they had no record of any delivery made or charges to my account. The help desk suggested to ignore this delivery because there was no way to return it. This time, I skipped the July delivery and now they are charging me for the June error delivery as a replacement of the July reorder. There are other issues and as a result I canlled the reocurring ordering and asked to turn off autopayment. read more

The worst company since AT&T. Do not subscribe. No customer service, unless you wait on hold for upwards of an hour. Even then, they blame delivery issues (which are every time that they deliver) on delivery team - which are only reachable by the people that you've just been on hold with - so they take no responsibility. Every month, like clockwork, they delivered the waters wrong and would not deal with the issue til the following month. At which point they would make another mistake. Under Sparklets and Primo service was decent. Since ReadyRefresh took over it's been an absolute nightmare. Water deliveries seem to be arbitrarily rescheduled with minimum communication. I put in a request to exchange a malfunctioning water cooler and selected a delivery date. Nobody showed up so I reached out and they said they were out of replacement coolers. I don't believe that but whatever. They rescheduled for another date and nobody showed up. Replies take days. Customer service is now garbage. read more

Talk about shady company! Shocking how a company like this can do business like they do and still remain in operation. Clearly reading all the other review I am fully aware that I am not the only one and by the looks of it I am of the majority of their customers, completely dissatisfied AND THIRSTY!! Never had 1 issue when I was getting my water through Sparkletts. Then ReadyRefresh takes over and everything went to $h*t. I used to pay $8.99 for a 5 gallon jug of spring water. Suddenly I am getting Arrowhead water and they are charging $15.99 for a 5 gallon jug. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MUCKING FIND!!!!! So after over an hour on the phone with customer service, their supervisor and someone else, they agreed to give me Arrowhead for $7.99 for the next 2 years. I agreed on that, I figured that was fair. Fast forward 2 months and my delivery is supposed to show up on Monday, July 14. I used to get a call the night before but for some reason i didn't get one, so I logged into my account and they moved the delivery to Tuesday the 15th. But that Monday the 14th I saw the delivery truck pull up and my regular water guy enters the building to swap out my next door neighbors water. He tells me that he will see me tomorrow. (this is no fault at all to my delivery guy) So the next day nothing shows up! I get back onto the account and they have moved my delivery to Thursday, July 17. Water never shows up, so I get back into my account and they have now moved my delivery date to August 11th!!!!! HORRIBLE way to operate a business and unethical in my opinion. I call customer service and they gave me some BS about the next time a driver will be in the area...blah blah blah. I told his that's a blatant lie because I know my driver well and I see him and his truck multiple times a week driving up my street and delivering to other apartment buildings in my neighborhood. Not to mention delivering to other units in my building. From a basic efficiency standpoint wouldn't it make sense to deliver to as many units as possible in the same location? The reason I have water delivery is because I don't own a car so I don't have the luxury of throwing the jugs in the car and going to fill them up. They basically own all the water companies in the Los Angles area so finding a new company is a challenge. But at this point I will gladly rent a Turo once a month to go fill my jugs up rather than give that crooked ass company another cent. Always leave the water outside of my building and I have to drag them all the way to my apartment door, even though there's a giant callbox in front and nobody calls me to let them in. The water delivery is never on time, and I always used to receive paper bills to make payments. At some point, the bills just stopped coming, and then I suddenly got charged a $20 late fee. I requested a waiver, and they said they would remove it, but they never did. When I followed up by email to ask about the status of the waiver, they replied with an irrelevant question asking if I needed an invoice -- which makes me wonder if they even understand English. Phone support is unreachable, and the chat service is always unavailable, so there's practically no customer service at all. On top of that, they charge $6 just to receive a paper bill. Overall, this company is the worst. I'm already looking into other water delivery services. With such unprofessional practices, I honestly doubt not just their service, but also whether their water quality is trustworthy to drink. read more

I ordered Sparkletts Spring for many years, now they have discontinued Sparkletts Spring. Without asking, they only deliver Arrowhead. Too bad if I didn't want it, it was forced onto me. I even tried to change my order to Calistoga Spring but here comes Arrowhead Spring AGAIN! Apparently they no longer carry that either. Wow, wow, wow. There isn't enough expletives to describe the level of frustration, and disappointment that I have for Primo Brands. My scheduled delivery was over a month ago. And since ReadyRefresh was taken over by Primo I have been without my water. I normally have between 8-12 bottles delivered. I left Sparkletts when Primo took them over and now I need a new option aside from shlepping water from Costco. So much for trying to be more Eco Friendly. I have sent 5 emails, placed on hold for over an hour to speak with customer support it's extremely frustrating to get help. My order of water has been incorrect and incomplete for the last 5 deliveries. Somehow I am still receiving an order that on my one live customer service contact I was so frustrated and disappointed I made a decision to cancel my subscription. My service prior to the merge was always on point. I'd be happy to tip the delivery driver for his service something that was not available prior to this merge but how do I thank them when my delivery is still not delivered correctly. Resolving these issues has fallen on deaf ears but they sure like to bill me for late charges and delivery fees that I have continued to pay which is why I hope this review will get the attention it deserves. read more
