Ordered level dry blocks from this company over $200 dollars worth. Never sent any tracking info took a week of me calling him to find out he has no stock. Told me he would refund me but never did. I did notice he did take the time to take down the product from his website. Our set was missing crucial bolts, and they were forced to make a second trip back out, but they did not complain at all. I was so excited to work with Anthony after reading all the amazing reviews. Unfortunately, our installation never occurred. When setting a date to do the installation it took several attempts to connect via email and phone. When I did receive a call back we set a date for install, our boys were so excited. I called, emailed and left a voicemail the week of to confirm. When Anthony emailed several days later he said "actually we can't do the installation this week". I called the next morning to ask when we was available. He said he would look at his calendar and call me back the same day to try and reschedule the installation.
