From start to finish, Gabi (project manager) and Lavi (owner) were exceptional. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and on top of every detail throughout the entire process. After a previous bad experience, I was especially concerned about timelines, but they delivered exactly as promised and completed the project within the same week they originally quoted. The estimate remained consistent, only changing when I personally chose to add upgrades, which I really appreciated. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the final result exceeded anything I could have imagined. My bathroom feels like a luxury resort, and I'll let the photos speak for themselves. If you're looking for a team that is honest, reliable, and truly cares about their work, I highly recommend Royal Design & Bath.

Do not recommend for the reasons as explained below…read more 1. Jackhammering into a post-tension slab without prior scanning or investigation. 2. Failure to conduct required scans to locate post-tension cables before intrusive work. 3. Performing high-risk structural work without proper safeguards or due diligence. 4. Absence of project manager on site during critical construction activities. 5. Creation of structural risk requiring engineering review and potential remediation. 6. Late disclosure of major design/feasibility issues after finalization. 7. Refusal to perform integral components of the agreed design unless homeowner pays substantial additional sums ($15,000-$30,000). 8. They induced the agreement through false promises, including: Premium "custom kitchen" capabilities; Designer support "every step of the way"; 10-12 week timeline. We are coming up on 20+ weeks with the job currently on pause. 9. Secured agreement to a premium-priced custom kitchen, only to later unlawfully attempt to narrow the agreed scope by refusing to install high-end appliances. 10. Unjustified design charges for a layout that was negligently prepared and directly caused the purchase of a tub that could not fit, resulting in additional out-of-pocket losses. 11. They represented that a designer would assist "every step of the way." In reality, the designer was: Slow to act, at times unresponsive, and not meaningfully involved in decision-making. Was forced to repeatedly request and chase basic design support. 12. Promise of active, hands-on designer involvement was used to induce signing of the contract. They knew or should have known: The designer lacked availability and the level of service promised would not be provided. After contract execution, they minimized this by saying the designer was "busy" or "slow". 13. There is evidence of water intrusion from the ceiling causing potential property damage, which they failed to disclose and upon information and belief concealed despite having knowledge or reason to know of the condition. 14. Conduct substantially defeating the purpose of the contract.

We went to Stone dynasty to choose a quartzite slab. We were quoted a certain price for two slabs…read moreand a different price for three slabs. We were told that we only needed two so we paid for those and immediately were told that we needed a third slab and they chose not to honor the rate for 3. Disappointing, but not a dealbreaker. We paid for them anyways. The main issue came in where we chose 3 slabs from a "batch" which all had the same numbers on them. I asked to make sure and were told that we were getting book matched slabs. Essentially, a left and right "shoe" that makes a pair so the fabricator can match veining properly when installing. When our fabricator showed up to pick up the slabs, they were sandwiched together so that they couldn't see the faces. Our fabricator also asked if they were book matched slabs to confirm before picking them up. SD Stone confirmed with the fabricator that they were book matched. So at this point: myself, the person with me, and the fabricator are all under the impression we are receiving book matched slabs. However, upon picking them up and arriving to the fabricators business, they found that they were not in fact book matched. Essentially, like the idea of coming home with 2 left shoes versus a left and right. We tried contacting the company and they insisted that both myself and the fabricator were informed correctly and that all sales are final and there was nothing they were willing to do. It was frustrating to deal with because it felt like both myself, the person with me, and the fabricator were being gaslit to believe that we were fully informed something that we were not. I'm sure they will respond here with their version of the story. Unfortunately, I personally would not recommend them after this experience.

Had a very bad experience with this company. Specifically the scheduling staff. This is the…read morecompany Lowe's uses for counter top installs. I was anxious to get my counter tops measured, and had not received a call, so I called them. The person that answered seemed irritated that I called. She said she had called me three times already and left messages, said she had 8 (she counted them off) people ahead of me, but since I was on the phone now, she would schedule me. I verified that she had correct contact information, as I had received no calls or messages. This seemed very strange, but I was happy to get going on this project. She told me I would get a call the day before to narrow the arrival window. Again, I had to call them, and I again verified they had correct contact info. The next day I'm waiting at the vacant house and waiting...waited several hours after my time window before I called, because I didn't want to seem inpatient. To my shock, the girl said that after she had given me the arrival window yesterday, I had immediately called her back saying that time no longer worked for me, and I had rescheduled for two weeks later. I said that did NOT happen, you must have me confused with someone else, as I am out of town for surgery on the day you claim I rescheduled for! She said it absolutely did happen, and that was their first available appointment. I told her I'm not available, I will be out of town for two weeks. She looked at her calendar again, and came up with and earlier date?! Not at all feeling confident that this new measuring date would happen, I asked to talk to her supervisor. The supervisor had just left, so I got her email. I immediately sent an email with the whole crazy story of the employees claims regarding phone calls that never happened. I attached screen shots of my phone's call log, from the start of this fiasco, proving that her employee had never initiated calls to me, and that I did NOT immediately call back and reschedule. Supervisor immediately emailed back, saying yes, I really was on the schedule, and she "would talk to the scheduling girls". I thought about it over the weekend and decided that the supervisors response was inadequate, and this was not a company that I wanted to do business with. I cancelled the appointment, and I went to a local company Granite Planet. They had a similar product and business cards for fabricators. My counters were measured that same day-Monday, and the install was finished mid day on Wednesday! And, it cost me 1/3 of the amount Lowe's had quoted (product and install!). That's why I gave them two stars. Thanks to this companies crazy behavior I ended up getting a much better deal elsewhere.
