I was so thrilled to find a company that customized in playground sets. We had been researching places that could possibly build into our slope so it didn't eat up our backyard. I saw that this company had did one for another customer so I reached out to them. Craig responded in no time and said he could come out when I was available to assess the yard. Unfortunately, going into our sloped area would have been a bit complicated and minimized what accessories we could have done (for safety reasons). We just did not want to have a playground eat up into our yard; however, Craig provided many options to us and listened to our suggestions and we finally came up with something that made us happy and worked. If it wasn't for how patient and kind Craig was with us, we probably would have not done a playground, but because of his outstanding customer service, we went ahead and did the playground regardless of it taking up space. The outstanding customer service didn't stop there. From making the purchase over the phone, scheduling set up, to the guys coming out and assembling the playground, I am absolutely impressed and highly recommend the company! We even ended up asking the assemblers if they can switch the slide and ramp, and with no hesitation or problem, they did. I purchased my Springfree Trampoline from Playground Warehouse and received excellent service! I had a lot of questions regarding the different sizes and options of the trampoline, and they were very patient and informative. I first called them and then went into their store, and I was very impressed with their selection and quality of products. Their prices were very competitive too! I wanted my trampoline installed on Christmas Eve so that I could surprise my children on Christmas morning, and Playground Warehouse went above and beyond to make it happen. Came here to buy a slide an accessories cash in hand. The lady was on the phone for at least 10 minutes when I arrived with no greeting. I said what I wanted to buy and she asked if I called ahead. "Those are buried in the back" (along with all other inventory). I told her I wanted to install it and have it ready for my son after his nap. I offered to "dig it out" myself and all she offered was to pay now and get it this week. Seriously? Time to get real and dig out of your inventory heap and run a functioning business. read more

The person I worked with over the phone was very knowledgeable and helped me select the appropriate size and shape. We bought ours during the Black Friday sale and she called me back before the sale ended to make sure we had our order in on time. The delivery and installation was on time, efficient, and courteous. What a fantastic experience. We started by meeting a rep at the fair. We went in and checked out there showroom and were very impressed. The associate working that day was very patient with my wife and I trying to figure out our best option both financially and for space in our backyard. I purchased a trampoline online directly from the maker as I did not know of Playground warehouse. That was a huge mistake. The experience was terrible leaving us with 4 boxes of trampoline parts and NO ONE to set it up for us. I finally found Playground Warehouse and even though I did not buy the trampoline from them (which I absolutely should have) they were able to come and set it up within days. They saved the day! Barbara provided to me the best customer service I have ever experienced, even when they were cleaning us another company's mess. Purchased a redwood swingset for my Daughter. The staff was very helpful and the installers were great. My total installation charge was $99. He was very friendly, and the salespeople were knowledgable and attentive. They were able to get my set installed by the day I wanted it. We had simply an excellent experience working with and purchasing a playground from Playground Warehouse. Craig Mizer is as low-pressure as you can get, but as high-service as anyone can be in terms of customer service. He patiently answered all of our questions, showed us what options we had, and even came out to our home to measure our area to see what configurations would fit, sending us a custom scale plot plan so we could see what the backyard space would look like with our selected model. And after we decided on different parts, he changed the plot plan and sent us a revised version. Yes, you'll pay more for Playground Warehouse vs. Costco or Walmart or anywhere else, but the quality and service are worth it. Our grandsons are all over it, and love imagining that they're on adventures. And the set-up is included in the price. And they're pros at setting this stuff up. One day. This is a quality outfit that sells a quality product with what appears to be a long life. read more

I liked this place. It is local, and have you can actually take your kids to the show room, and, if you sign a waiver, then they can play on the structures to test them. For $99 they will come out and do a site inspection, and measure for the playground. The price is applied towards an ultimate purchase. These are definitely not cheap play structures. They are very well-made, and can be expected to last a long time. Ultimately, the end of the day, however, I had a problem with the service. The slide that arrived (green) was burning hot and literally burnt the children. It was wholly inappropriate for my small children. We asked for a solution, and they suggested a lighter color. They said it would cost $99 to replace it. Because I was not advised of this issue up front, and notified them the same day that it was delivered, I should not of been charged. I was very disappointed in this, and expressed my disappointment, but they did nothing to remedy it. They said that I was completely right, but then they still charged me - odd. So, while I like this place, I think that they should be defining themselves with great customer service. That simply did not occur here. read more

This company does what they please and don"t respect the price given. I had originally emailed them a picture of a playset I wanted them to build, asking for installation price because I was going to buy one from Costco. They responded back with a price and when I was about to schedule an appt. They said that the price they were giving me was the price for a playset they had in their showroom. I never asked them for one in the first place, and that that price wasn't for the one I had asked for. So why the hell would they reply to my email with a price that wasn't for the one I was asking for!!!! Total dummies. I went ahead and searched for other places that do playground installations and came across A+ Furniture assembly which is wayyyy cheaper. $200 Less to be exact. read more

Well, I normally don't do reviews but I hope everyone who reads this finds it helpful. Like the other review mentioned, I too visited 3 stores to research which playground would work best for my family, but my results were a little different. I too was completely ignored at my first stop and my second stop was not much better. Either way my children have been playing on their Woodplay play set for some time now and they love it. The staff was so helpful. At first I talked to a man who helped me design a set to fit in my space then I talked to a woman who assured me this was the set for my family. They were right.
