Excited to have another Ready Coffee location in the area!!!!!! Yaaaaaay! Came here for their grand opening and I'm so excited that the day is finally here! Super long line (to be expected) but it all went by pretty smooth and surprisingly quick! Ordering process is so easy and Ready Coffee staff is always a VIBE. So excited we got free stickers too yaaaay! Fall menu is OUT and ready! Everyone's just so happy to be here and work here. Same vibe in every location and this one is no exception, I can feel it! Thank you Ready Coffee for bringing another location to us! It's a movement #getREADY

We were on our way back home and I saw this spot saved in my to try list, so naturally we had to stop! This place reminded me so much of Dutch Bros. With the similar set up and drink offerings, I needed to try! I ordered the Storm King iced while my boyfriend got the Caramel Blondie. Both were delicious! I can't wait to go back and try other drinks. Tip: the merch is also too cute!!

First visit did not disappoint. Super clear, super friendly, great service and delicious smooth coffee. I enjoyed a nice relaxing seat by their wall fireplace. Plenty of room to enjoy a cup or drive-through and take it to go.

I'm so so glad that Ready Coffee expanded with this new location! It's in an old bank which is neat because their merch is situated inside the old vault! Very cool. This is also the first location with an interior which is perfect since it's getting colder up here. All their drinks are fabulous, from coffees to teas to shakes. The only thing I will caution against is that ALL their signature coffee drinks have chocolate in them. You can of course have custom drinks made but if you want a speciality coffee drink without chocolate, it won't happen. They also have a few pastries for sale which is nice because they didn't really have a food menu before this. The inside is also super cute and trendy. Lots of great places to take selfies, for those of us who love to. Hope to see more locations sprout up soon!

I ordered a medium cold brew, which 100% tasted better than Dunkin's cold brew.

I particularly enjoyed the Vassar noodle bowl, which featured chewy noodles in a coconut milk curry sauce (allegedly Malaysian, more Malaysian "inspired") with BBQ pulled pork on top!! I would never have thought to combine these two ingredients, but they work beautifully together. It's a very warm and comforting dish, and the mint, cilantro, and radish garnish helps provide a bit of contrast. I liked the sour cream drizzle on top, too. I feel like this dish could really be fantastic if they adjusted the thickness and amount of curry sauce (the noodles are swimming in it like a soup) and provided more herbs and radishes on top. It could also benefit from a crispy topping to provide textural contrast. I've had other things from here that I've liked, but that weren't anything special. Like the Malaysian curry, their chicken tikka masala sauce also has a very runny texture, instead of the thicker richer sauces I've had elsewhere. And their bao buns are honestly not worth buying, since they have no hoisin sauce or creamy aioli/slaw element that binds together the rather dry meat, pickle slices, and scallions in each bun. They seem to exclusively be a grab and go kind of place, which makes sense to me as it's in a college town. Inside it's small and rather bleak, without any kind of decoration and not much seating. They take a pretty long time to prepare orders too, so plan ahead in case you're in a hurry.

Seating inside is very limited the employees are friendly. The noodle bowl was very good but a little small but the curry wasn't too spicy and had a nice coconut cream relief. The braised porky belly rice bowl was a nice portion but the sauce was a little over bearing. Could've used a little more of the nuts to give it a better texture. The bao buns were very good. Nice fluffy warm buns and packed with the pulled pork. We also got the Thai tea and lavender lemonade. Lemonade was amazing it had chia seeds in it. The Thai tea was okay. It was way too creamy to the point it was white and I couldn't really taste the tea that much. I'm not from the area but if I ever came back maybe I would try something different from the menu

Presumably this is because of the proximity to City Of Poughkeepsie, but I see no reason for it. This location has a bit of a confusing situation because you really need to remember which entrance you use so you can get back to your vehicle without having to circle the entire building with an overflowing cart of groceries. They are pros and cons to shopping here. Staff is extremely friendly to the point where you feel like you're at a neighborhood small grocery. But this place is massive with an abundance of imports and unique offerings from around the region. I belong to a farm cooperative, so I don't usually need vegetables. However, in this case, I did shop produce to locate some organic options to serve with the scallops and shrimp. The presentation is wonderful, but the prices are outrageous. Year over year, the same items that I purchased at Adam have increased by at least 30%. Some of that is due to the current geopolitics, but some of it is just plain exorbitant pricing. My purchase: A stop at Seafood to make sure they had 2 pounds of sea scallops approximately $24 per pound- wild caught. And the colossal shrimp more than $20 per pound also wild caught. Next stop a birthday cake - everything looks wonderful and I'm sure that there are items that are not mass produced with lots of fillers, but idea say that they probably use the same cake mixes as the less pricey supermarkets. Regardless, I had no time to bake so I picked up a 6 inch carrot cake - $26. And a fresh fruit tart 9 inch $29. Ouch, one note about the fruit tart is that the strawberries were not hold which makes for very.com cumbersome dining. You serve a lovely piece of fruit tart, and your guest has to dissect the strawberry to take the leaves off. It doesn't look that great and it is not appetizing. A quick stop to pick up organic broccoli. What the heck! Roughly $12 for two bunches of broccoli. I must be out of my mind. It was a birthday and I don't have any broccoli at home so I bit the bullet Over to the cheese counter where you can find exceptional values, and Exceptional imports My pic today was Bulgarian feta cheese, which is not easy to find, a beautiful French Camembert, and a block of Gouda. A loaf of bread, and a quick run to the clearance section at the back of the store where I scored pretty well with about 2 pounds of beautiful grapes for two dollars and a dragon fruit for under two dollars. A 12 pack of Parker General rolls $2.50 a quick run past the pasta department for the Italian produced linguine and onto the cash register. My cart was full and I knew my wallet would be empty soon so I headed home. Shopping at Adams is an experience rather than a chore. Please don't go on an empty stomach because you will soon regret it. You're not gonna find samples here for tasting, but you can ask at the cheese counter if you're not sure about a potential purchase and they will oblige. I do .
