This review is for the Hyde Park location which I did not see listed. Cool drive up concept Kinda reminds me of Chick-fil-A because a friendly Attendant comes out to take your order. So far all my experiences have been excellent and always friendly staff even on a rainy Thanksgiving morning I was still met with a cheerful greeting. Ready set go! At any new coffee shop, I ask what's currently brewed. 99% of the time I'll get a proper explanation. Then... there's the 1%. I walk into Ready coffee, this place is cute AF! I see they're busy, a few baristas are running around trying to fill drive in orders. I ask the counterperson: what do you have brewed? Um.. Ready coffee? Hmm.. are there any types of specific roasts or beans from other lands? Nope. We use Ready for everything. Espresso? Ready. Drip? Ready Freddy. Iced coffee? Ready on deck. The crew are so sweet here and the coffee is delicious! I love the new mint one! Will be coming back and ditching Dunkin! I love how they come out to your car and they talk to you like people, valued customers, and not like just a number ! Also, the guy inside by the espresso machine who was singing Guns & Roses the other day and doing the guitar part with his voice-- you rock!!!! I'm so so glad that Ready Coffee expanded with this new location! It's in an old bank which is neat because their merch is situated inside the old vault! Very cool. This is also the first location with an interior which is perfect since it's getting colder up here. All their drinks are fabulous, from coffees to teas to shakes. The only thing I will caution against is that ALL their signature coffee drinks have chocolate in them. You can of course have custom drinks made but if you want a speciality coffee drink without chocolate, it won't happen. They also have a few pastries for sale which is nice because they didn't really have a food menu before this. The inside is also super cute and trendy. Lots of great places to take selfies, for those of us who love to. Hope to see more locations sprout up soon! read more

So this is a new coffee spot I've only discovered while traveling in NY. It is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The lines can be long but don't let that stop you! The service is fast and man, is it worth any wait! The menu is not. Very large but they can literally make any coffee drink you ask for. The also offer smoothies, teas, energy drinks and pastries. This location is brand new and I went on the grand opening day where they gave away any coffee for FREE. That's how you know it's a great company! The prices are better than a popular competitor that will remain nameless as well lol. The coffee is delish and the tea is pretty good too. My go to is a oatmilk espresso with white chocolate mocha. For real, check them out. It will not disappoint! read more

I got the peach iced tea once and it was super syrupy and not much tea flavor which was disappointing , but I would try again since it could have been a weak brew. There is always a line so that tells you something about how people enjoy this place. The staff is always super kind and chatty (in a good way). First time trying Ready after hearing great things. They have a drive through so that was nice, and service was fast. I ordered a medium cold brew, which 100% tasted better than Dunkin's cold brew. My one huge complaint is that they do not have stevia! It's so popular now and they only had splenda..Splenda... no good. If they added stevia to their location I would easily bump this to 5 stars. Staff is wonderful, but corporate won't let the staff ban a customer whose been harassing customers and staff. He triggered someone in our party into a PTSD flashback and mocked her for that both in the store and on the way out. The staff was lovely about it but corporate needs to let them ban customers that openly harass both customers and staff. They've been trying. read more

I go to their Route 9 location, which I have never had a problem with, other than an occasional long line in the past. This location....I was overcharged once and twice, I received a drink that was only water and syrup. It was supposed to have tea and based on my experience from the other location, I know it was clearly lacking. I even heard a worker here say that it was just water and syrup. Rarely is there a line and the workers are cheerful and pleasant. This location just needs a little more training. I have been inside and it's clean and just as fast as the drive through. read more

I tried it for the first time because it opened close to my house and I was frustrated by Dunkin' employees never showing up causing the nearest Dunkin' to not be open on time or at all at some points. I was more than pleasantly impressed with Ready coffee, I was addicted. The staff now not only knows my drink order but my name. They are friendly and fast and always there! Coffee and service are good but it's a huge bummer that this place is not well set-up for working. I was so psyched when they opened one with tables near my house so I could get some work done there but a) the seating is mostly long communal tables and b) there is no guest wifi. My Verizon service was not good enough in there to use my phone as a hotspot either. Just a head's up to other work from home peeps who might want to get out of the house to work--not a good spot for that. Use the drive-thru. read more

I have had so many positive experiences at this location. I love the coffee, the staff is super pleasant and in a great central location. I have had nothing but positive experiences with ready coffee (besides long wait times, but worth it for the fully espresso coffee). Today I was a little put off when I was in the drive through and I had 2 empty ready coffee cups in my cup holders (from that morning) and I asked the kid working if he can throw them out for me. He said he couldn't because it's a "safety issue". The real safety issue was me driving with one hand because I had to go to daycare pickup and had no cup holders remaining because two empty cups were taking up both. I had just enough time to stop and get a coffee, not to also walk inside and throw It away myself, which apparently is not a safety issue. If the drive through workers can't take trash, I understand, but this was from ready coffee and It was purchased 6 hours prior. If you don't want the staff handling trash, a receptacle should be provided in the drive through line like many other coffee chains. This just seemed really odd to me. I manage a restaurant and have been in the industry for 8+ years and I have never heard of a staff member not being able to take trash because of a safety issue. I hate that I didn't write a positive review before this day, because again, I have only had positive experiences, however I was really put off by this interaction. read more
