The cutest little artisan wine shop in Beacon. Somehow, my eyeball peeped it, we looked at each other and said: wine not? What sets this shop apart is that everything is hand picked, carefully curated, organic, natural and biodynamic. COOL! Let's start off by acknowledging their orange rainbow wine wall galore where you can pick from all hues of orange wine. I'm an orange wine newbie - super late to the game - BUT, thanks to their guided tasting (and amazing wine connoisseur) I was able to gain so much knowledge. We got to try a white (Spain), a delicious smooth red (France) and an incredibly funky and fun orange Hungarian wine. I hadn't even tried Hungarian wine before until now. Pleasantly surprised and it for sure was something unique. In case you're curious to try it too it's their Jász Laci 'Rising Sun' Somló 2022. We loved it so much we picked up a bottle to take home. The tasting bottles are also discounted if you participate in the tasting which is super awesome. Overall, so happy we came here. Definitely recommend doing the tasting that way you can grow and try new flavors - hand picked and recommended by the wine specialists themselves.

The thing that really irked me is they have a 10% off wine on the local coupon card. When I tried to use the card I was told a combination of "this wine is on sale so the card doesn't apply" along with the "discount is only a dollar or two so it's not worth it". Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Since the Rhinebeck Wine & Liquor store did not open until 10am (Wednesday), we walked around town, grabbed a coffee at the amazing Bread Alone and then headed back to the Wine store. 2 minutes before 10am, we stopped back and saw someone working inside. We creaked open the door and asked the man if they were open yet. A super rude and angry response with a strong tone of annoyance burst back to my wife that they were not open yet. 2 MINUTES to go! What a terrible person. They must do business with people passing through town because as a local I won't be setting foot in that store again. 8-(
