This is the new realty company managing the apartment I live in Bakersfield. They are in Tehachapi,…read moreCalifornia. I had a problem with the past realty company that continued taking out a monthly payment even after they were no longer responsible for the complex. I called the old realty company and I felt I got the run around in getting my payment back to my bank account. I then called LRS Realty management and spoke with Jahana and she took the Bull by the horns and told me give a day to solve the problem and sure enough she came through. I was extremely satisfied with her professionalism in helping me to receive my money back. I'm happy now to be dealing with a great company for all my tenant needs especially when they have an excellent employee like Jahana. She is a tremendous find. Thank you LRS!!!

Let me start by saying today it is 5/11 and me and my partner applied for a commercial building…read moreback in March. He put in the application for the unit and because my name is on the LLC I was asked to put in an application as well, which is understandable, however it was not needed from my understanding of other companies. We gave them all the information they asked for which was so much things even unnecessarily things; Check Stubs, bank statements, Job verification, and even tax returns. My partner was OVER QUALIFIED for the building and either they did not want black people in it because It almost felt like they didn't want to give us the building in the first place so they were trying to find any reason not too. Every time we called for questions she would never answer. When I asked to speak to someone above chrystle they would contact me with Diana and she was worse dealing with. I even had to apply for a business license and business insurance before even knowing I was going to get the building I spent so much money to get in the building to not get the building. a week ago I was told that the owner approves however I have to pay a double deposit which was never mentioned to me at all. They stated due to never leasing a commercial building however when I put in the application and even before, she knew this was our first building so it definitely should have been mention that I might have to pay a higher deposit. The deposit amount was listed online, and didn't say anything about it possibly being more. When I agreed to pay the double deposit, I was told that I have to pay the full rent on top of the double deposit to the leasing company before even seeing a lease which was on a Friday. And she will not give me the lease or keys till Tuesday. I have never heard that in my life me giving someone $5000 before even getting to see a lease agreement nor a draft. I started to do research on this company and seen they had so many reviews on keeping people deposit, so I wanted to see the lease agreement before handing them any money and they refused. The communication was horrible. They do not answer the phone and barely answer text, the experience was devastating. I even made an appointment to see the building and the person that was supposed to show me the building canceled the same day and I took off of work to be there. I would have rather spoke to the owner because I really wonder if they know their business is in the hands of an incapable business. When I told them I don't feel comfortable giving them almost 5k without seeing any type of documentation, they replied to me and said they are cancelling my application. So unprofessional, rude, and a waste of 3 months

In the past had no problems selling property, including when I sold a house in Beverly Hills CA and a condominium in West Los Angeles CA. When I recently sold 1.14 acres of unimproved land north of Mojave CA there were many problems, all caused by the Chicago Title Tehachapi CA office. Chicago Title sent me some documents that needed to be notarized. The instructions on the first page of the documents said the documents had to be notarized. Buried deep within the paperwork some fine print said the notary had to be a Chicago Title approved notary, which is probably illegal and definitely unethical. I used to notary I usually use. A few days after I sent the documents back some snippy girl from Chicago Title called and said I didn't use an approved notary. Told her to add the notary to their list of approved notaries. She said she couldn't do that. Then told her the notary identified as a Chicago Title approved notary and people can identify as whatever they want now. In any event, they gave up on their "approved notary" scam but still added a $150.00 "Mobile Notary" fee, which I finally got them to remove. They later tried to sneak the $150.00 "Mobile Notary fee in after they removed it, but I caught them at it and they removed it again. The escrow was supposed to close on August 29th 2022. The escrow finally closed on September 14th 2022. Here are some emails I received from my broker: 8/29 It seems that the escrow assistant that was handling your file quit on Thursday of last week. The escrow officer that she works for is on emergency leave so waiting a call back to figure out who is picking up the pieces. I will let you know what I find out tomorrow. 8/30 Looks like in the confusion that no one requested the Buyer submit his closing funds. That is being done today. I would think possibly Friday and or Tuesday of next week at the latest to close. I have already contacted the Regional Rep for Chicago Title on the issue so should not run into any more delays. 9/6 The property will close this week. Someone forgot to provide the buyer with the wiring instructions for his closing funds. I spoke with him this morning and he will take the initiative to reach out to Chicago Title so that he can get them in today. The Chicago Title Bakersfield office finally stepped in and managed to get the escrow closed. The settlement check arrived yesterday September 16th 2022.

Lanetta was awesome!…read more She let us do something no real estate agent would want to put up with, low ball offers. It was a great time to buy. Everyone was foreclosing on their homes. REO's were at an all time high. We went through probably 10 different offers. None of them were accepted because it was a real estate frenzy with investors and almost every offer we made had at least 5 or more offers on the table. Luckily we found the most ugliest, smelliest house that no investor wanted and snatched it up right away. Lanetta was so very patient with us. She also jumped through hoops to make sure our loan funded because we needed to prove it was a "livable" home, which it so wasn't. She also recommended a contractor to do the renovations. He was quite good and inexpensive. Thanks Lanetta, you rock!

We sold our house in another town and had to move in just a couple months time. Lanetta was available any time we needed her to answer questions or show us homes. She provided us with a list of new listings almost every day so we knew the moment a new house came on the market. She helped us through multiple offers when the first offer didn't work out for us. She was there through very step of the process with us. She recommended the perfect lender (Tammy Engel), pest control, contractors, inspectors, hair stylists, a car dealer (Ashmore Motors) since we were going to need a 4 wheel drive for the mountains and all the other services some one new to the area would need. She knows every thing about real estate and the Tehachapi area. Lanetta made the move into our new home PAINLESS. If we sell in the future or buy another home, she is the real estate agent we will use.

We gave up for a while & when we were going through the loss of my father she actually contacted us with the perfect house. We are so grateful. It's perfect for our family. She was very sympathetic, and informative of the process & was with us every step of the way & even after we closed she's been there if we need anything. We did have some issues with the seller upon closing unfortunately, they had left the house a dirty & mess along with the property. Didn't give us our keys on time so Lorena went out of her way to help us by getting a locksmith & having the house deep cleaned and property cleaned. It took so much stress off of us. I don't know any other agent that would go above and beyond for their customers like her and her team.
