Lorena is the best agent around and has helped us with three home transactions in the past decade, the most recent purchase being a tough purchase from a sell by owner. This owner thought they could easily sell their home for $150k over appraisal and did not know how to do any of the paperwork. Lorena was kind enough to endure doing extra work and this lady's verbal abuse because she knew how much we loved the home. When I say this lady was the seller from hell, that is not an exaggeration. She was irate and badgering the whole time. Screaming like she was a three-year-old not getting her way.
