We notified her of animals in the attic, and for MONTHS her response was to use snap traps, which we did, to no avail. When she finally sent an exterminator, we discovered the problem included bats in the attic, mice in the walls, and rats under the house. When the garage door ceased to work, we were again told to Google the issue. When we moved out, we discovered that her 'move out inspection lady' and her 'cleaning lady' are the same person, which is clearly a conflict of interests. How honest can this person be in her 'move out inspection' role? I strongly suggest avoiding Lola Traylor if you want a positive rental experience.

The Chicago Title Company office in Tehachapi CA was incapable of handling the escrow and created all sorts of problems that Tom resolved. The escrow finally closed seventeen days late after the Chicago Title Company office in Bakersfield CA took over the transaction and quickly did all the things that were beyond the ability of the Chicago Title Company office in Tehachapi CA. Fortunately the parcel was empty land, not a house, so the buyer was not inconvenienced in any way by the ineptitude of the Chicago Title Company Tehachapi CA office. Hope the buyer is rewarded for his patience by discovering gold on the property although if there was any gold on the property Seldom Seen Slim probably would have discovered it years ago.

He will lie and make the nightmare problems a house has (propane leaks, water leaks, termites, electrical, fire hazard, improper window and porch installation) sound like they are not a big deal. He will tell you they're an easy fix and that when you do fix those "minor" problems he could get you maybe even double for the house. How does that sound? Amazing, correct?... Keep in mind they won't bother mentioning not ONE of these problems before the inspection. They will only bring them up once you have the inspection in front you and ask about them; even though they knew about them all along. Owner and agent will shrug it off and act like you're ridiculous and asking too much for a 7 year old home to be perfect. We spent close to a $1,000 for the inspection and appraisal (results: $50k less than the asking price) of the home 18401 Davos Dr Tehachapi Ca 93561. And even though we did not buy the house due to obvious reasons we are thankful we had such a good inspector to give us close to 65 pages of problems this beautiful home has 2 days before letting go of the non-refundable $10k cash deposit the owner and Beecher eagerly wanted. If anybody reading this review wants the appraisal and inspection of this home, we are willing to email you a copy at no charge. I wouldn't want anybody else to spend this kind of money to find out how shady agent Beecher Aller and the home owners are. Never again will I use these people to help us look for our dream home. Because the dream can easily turn into a nightmare with the dishonest people at Associated Real Estate.
