She gave us disclosures with other addresses crossed out on them because that's how inexperienced and ghetto she was. Then she asked me to Zelle her an additional $1500 and I did, but she deposited the cashier check and never returned the additional $1500. I have been very patient. This happened in August 2024. I sent her copies from the bank showing the deposited cashier check and the Zelle payment.

My boyfriend and I rented a house through Lola for a year, and we were continuously frustrated with…read moreher lack of professionalism. We made several maintenance requests, and they were all met with skepticism. When the thermostat stopped working, she asked us if we knew how to use one, and perhaps we needed to Google it. We went a month without an oven (working stove top), and a week without either, but Lola offered a toaster oven, "in case we wanted to make biscuits" (we moved from Georgia). We notified her of animals in the attic, and for MONTHS her response was to use snap traps, which we did, to no avail. When she finally sent an exterminator, we discovered the problem included bats in the attic, mice in the walls, and rats under the house. When the garage door ceased to work, we were again told to Google the issue. When we moved out, we discovered that her 'move out inspection lady' and her 'cleaning lady' are the same person, which is clearly a conflict of interests. How honest can this person be in her 'move out inspection' role? I strongly suggest avoiding Lola Traylor if you want a positive rental experience.
