Lorena is the best agent around and has helped us with three home transactions in the past decade,…read morethe most recent purchase being a tough purchase from a sell by owner. This owner thought they could easily sell their home for $150k over appraisal and did not know how to do any of the paperwork. Lorena was kind enough to endure doing extra work and this lady's verbal abuse because she knew how much we loved the home. When I say this lady was the seller from hell, that is not an exaggeration. She was irate and badgering the whole time. Screaming like she was a three-year-old not getting her way. She gave us disclosures with other addresses crossed out on them because that's how inexperienced and ghetto she was. However, Lorena made it happen, and has gone over and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience despite what she had to endure from this demon owner/seller. This is why you need a real estate agent as good as her to sell and buy!!!

Our experience working with Lorena Semerenko as the buyer's agent was extremely disappointing…read more Throughout the transaction, we found her communication to be unprofessional, dismissive, and at times condescending. During negotiations, it was our understanding that Lorena had verbally agreed to reduce her commission in exchange for us completing several minor repairs and agreeing to a lower sale price. Based on that understanding, we completed the requested repairs and proceeded with the reduced price. However, just days before closing, after the repairs had been completed, she changed her position and was no longer willing to honor the commission reduction we understood had been agreed upon. An extension was subsequently requested, while she continued to refuse any reduction in her compensation despite the concessions we had already made to keep the transaction moving forward. We understand that real estate negotiations involve disagreements and that agents have the right to negotiate their compensation. Our concern was with how the situation was handled and communicated. In our experience, the communication lacked the professionalism, consistency, and cooperation we would expect during such a significant transaction. Based on our experience, we would not choose to work with Lorena Semerenko again.

Her…read morecommunication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we always felt like she genuinely had our best interests in mind. Terri went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. She helped us find reliable contacts for repairs, worked with us through every issue that came up, and even made concessions on her own compensation and shared certain costs with us to help keep the transaction together. It was very clear throughout the process that doing right by her clients was her priority. We also dealt with some very difficult and, in our experience, unnecessarily confrontational interactions with the buyer's representation. Terri handled those situations extremely well. She remained professional, stood up for us and our interests, communicated clearly on our behalf, and continued working toward solutions even when negotiations became frustrating. Selling a home can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues come up right before closing, but having Terri representing us made a huge difference. She was responsive, patient, resourceful, and willing to work alongside us every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the way Terri Juergens represented us. We would absolutely work with her again and would confidently recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, land, or property. Terri truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us.
