I own a rental property in Rancho Cucamonga and was experiencing water backing up into the downstairs toilet due to tree roots in the main sewer line. I have twice over a period of perhaps two months had worked performed by RD Plumbing. Each time the individual who answered the phone was polite and very efficient in obtaining my information and setting up contact with whomever was going to come to my home and provide an estimate. The initial water heater replacement was performed by two installers to my complete satisfaction at the time and on the date agreed-upon. The subsequent installation of a water conditioner, water softener, and reverse-osmosis drinking system was likewise conducted in the same manner. The installer working this project was Austin. He proved competent, pleasant and clearly explained everything I needed to know about the system.
