We found another installer that called them for a quote for the wood and The Floor Store salesman told the installer "they can't make up their mind" and provided him The Floor Store quote for our installation; cost us money and ultimately we purchased the flooring elsewhere. They provided our personal information to the installer we found. The Floor Store salesman is either petty or is ignorant of law.

We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Here are some things to know - Quality: The work is beautiful and we are totally impressed. There were a couple challenging places around the stairs where the installers really had to work to make it look seamless. They did an awesome job. Installers: We had a team of five men and they were professional and enjoyable. Very friendly, very respectful and cleaned up each of the two days they were here. They were a pleasure to have. Customer satisfaction: There were a couple of difficult areas due to the home's structure. In both cases, they were completely focused on a solution we would be satisfied with. Value: We obtained three different estimates for this 2400 square-foot job and SAWS was nearly exactly in the middle. We felt the value was excellent. Initially there was a bit of a challenge with communication, however that ended up being completely inconsequential. Completely satisfied with the work, the timeline, the professionalism and the value. I absolutely recommend them for baseboard installation!

I had a water leak behind my fridge that had been going on for a while. Called SAWS flooring and…read moreDenny came out to take a look at the damage. I thought I was going to have to replace all the flooring in the house. Denny pulled up the flooring, inspected the floor joist to determine what needed to be done. After pulling up the floor I was relieved that the damage was not as bad as I thought and it could be repaired. Denny spent time going over with me on how to dry the wet wood, spray it with a solution to prevent mold, and told me he would be back in a. couple of days to see how it was drying out. Denny came back out and the wood was dry and the floor was ready to be back installed. Denny installed the flooring, did the dry wall work that needed to be done made sure everything fit perfectly. He did an amazing job repairing my floors. Denny was honest and told me he could repair the floor instead of saying he needed to sell me new flooring. He even went the extra mile and put up new dry wall in the wall. If you have any floor issues, I would highly recommend calling SAWS flooring.
