Waited 20 minutes before we was addressed, another hour after order was taken. When received order full order was cold. I would not be returning to this location.

This place is ok. The appetizers Wings large wings with ranch and a pepper seasoning- good wings but nothing special Fondu this is bread and cheese dip. It's good Gumbo had a bowl. It's ok. Had better. Stuffed chicken is more like chicken with the same cheese fondue sauce and a stuffing under it. It came with cheese grits which were good and red beans and rice which was ok. Overall this is an ok. Place.

I had such an AMAZING experience here with my best friend on a Sunday evening. The stuffed fish with dirty rice was incredible. My food was HOT, came out on time without any issues. It definitely changed my experience from my last one. We also got the fried alligator as an app and fried shrimp and fries. Everything was perfection. The servers were adorable and very professional. Our drinks were full and laughter was flowing! I also liked it here because it wasn't too loud and we had a nice booth which allowed us to catch up. The homemade pumpkin pie was absolutely delicious and creamy. You can order the whole pie if youd like as well. Overall, great job!! Get the stuffed fish!

This was hands down the best experience I've ever had at any Razzoo's location. The food was hot, the drinks were great, and our server, Zeke (sp?), was incredibly attentive. He anticipated our needs and provided top-notch service from start to finish. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. After a disappointing visit to the Dallas Razzoo's (which we won't be returning to), this location has officially become our new favorite!

Great location off 75 in McKinney. The food was fresh and hot and a good amount of it also, I was able to get two meals out of this Service was fast and friendly and the cost was about $20. I would recommend this location

You know, this is a popular spot in McKinney and I shop right in the area so I had my family come with me to try together. It's simply service that's the issue. To be yelled at as I walk out of the door is simply unacceptable. At the end, there were two checks for my party of 6. We used the same card to pay for both checks. I handed the waitress both checks and the card. She then came back and got her tip! ( by the end of this, she should have got nothing) Everything was bagged up and ready to go, she even said a farewell. I had ordered a drink before she closed everything out and I quote "oh I already rang it up, our bartender is just really backed up, I'll bring that out to you." That was fine! After 10 minutes passed I placed a to go order, did not mind waiting since my drink wasn't ready. I kid you not, the food got to me before the drink. I had my drink, we said our goodbyes and I walked out of the door to be stopped by the manager. Apparently, the server assumed with two separate tickets at the table, that the one card was only paying for one of tickets...even though we handed BOTH tabs to her lol what in the world. So she never closed out my tab, further more, she never added my last drink on the tab from the last receipt, meaning she never actually put it in to the bar having me wait for something for 20 minutes when in reality I would have just went home! Honestly, the place wasn't packed either. So I'm surrounded by 8 staff members like a criminal ,a new receipt, and it was soooo annoying because the server never apologized or admitted their mistake. Another coworker apologized for her. Tsk tsk. All of that ruined the ENTIRE experience, and I promise you before that I thought about coming back! I'd still say try it, but maybe Togo. Food wise, I did in fact like my Cajun fried steak, it was tough in some spots, but I enjoyed the flavor. The green beans I gave away. The Mardi Party Shrimp was okay, the bacon over powered it, but the shrimp itself was good. The fried pickles were my favorite. The catfish was nice as well. I would recommend going between 1 and 5.. no later or it might not be the same quality.

Always enjoy an order of rattoes. These jalapeños stuffed with crab and deep fried and my go to appetizer, followed by crawfish étouffée.

I ate the Asian barbecue chicken sandwich and it was phenomenal. The breading was great, the sauce was delicious, and the contents complimented each other nicely. Another member of my group ate the fish and chips, also complimenting the breading. I would advise getting a fried dish here as it was delicious. The ambience was average bar type decor. So, we thought - why not, it's close- let's go and see if we like it better this time. Let's start with the positives. We arrived shortly after 5pm and the place was pretty empty so we were seated right away. The server was friendly and immediately took our drink orders. She was attentive and service was fast. No complaints with her service at all. It seemed pretty chill and low key. A few people trickled in but nothing crazy for a Saturday night. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and I was pleasantly surprised. The color of the pretzel had me fooled. It was pretty dark in color which usually indicates overdone and hard so when it was amazingly soft inside - wow! So good! We loved the mustard and cheese sauce that came with it. My husband and son ordered a burger and said they were tasty, my other son ordered the chicken strips and said they were good. Negative for the meal, I ordered the blackened cod tacos and subbed the chips and salsa for the Gilroy Garlic Fries. I was very excited for the garlic fries since we are originally from that area and are very knowledgeable about the famous Gilroy Garlic Festival and all things Garlic. Here's where this dish wasn't exciting - the tacos were pretty bland. I took the coleslaw from my son's chicken tenders to try and add more flavor and make the taco more palatable. I only ate 1 of the 2 because there really was just zero flavor. The fries were probably an even greater disappointment. In the center, was a very small amount of cheese and maybe garlic? It had virtually zero garlic taste - I was searching for it. It was a sad version of garlic fries. I would not order that again unless they were improved upon. I went back and forth on 3 stars versus 4 stars because while service was great and fast, I can't confidently say I'd recommend it to someone. I may say it's a great place to chill for a beer and an appetizer but definitely NOT a meal. I think if your expectations are to stick with the appetizer list then you're probably going to like it. They have a large beer selection and plenty of screens for your favorite games.

While waiting for our table we wondered up to the 3rd floor. They had live music. The place was jumping up there. We are going to have to look up who is going to be playing and have another married date night. The only downside to the evening was unfortunately the host at the front door. Once seated we waited nearly an hour for the food, and it arrived with one good plate, and a $55 "Wagyu" which was a small, twisted piece of sinewed, chewy meat with cold, soggy veggies and mash. Sent it back, and my wife was finished by the time the replacement came - which again, was about as 'Wag'yu as a pup's tail. They kindly removed cost of my meal, and we got anniversary desert. Nice building and staff working hard - just set your expectations accordingly.

We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. The food was very salty and it tasted like it's been sitting there for a while. Additionally, the infamous waffle fries came out lukewarm which was very unpleasant. The entire time we were in the restaurant I see all the staff chatting it up with the same customers who happened to later buy them all food. I guess thats how you get their attention.
