Classic Cheeseburger in Paradise! Wonderful atmosphere, food, and staff! Second visit this week.

Location, location, location... when driving in and out of the less populated regions of southeastern Utah, it's key to find a place that you want to return to when your trip "off the grid" is over and your looking for something different than your camp food. More importantly, let it be some place with hot food, cold beer, and super friendly people. This is the place. Although there were other things on the menu, a great cheeseburger was on the top of our lists after a long drive to the area and again after a week of camping. Quite simply, one of the best burgers I have ever had. Number one is the fact that the burgers are flamed cooked so they have a great subtle char taste. Number 2 is that they cook order. Came here with my family after our hike at Arches and we were not disappointed. The burgers taste like those burgers to grill at your house on a hot weekend day, Beers were also cold and so cheap, I also asked for some chili peppers because I love spicy food and they gave me some grill jalapeños although the server did not mention that they charge for them but it was fine. The atmosphere is chill and it is a small location so social distance is not a thing here that's why i'm giving it a 3 star, also one of the server had her mask on her chin so her mouth and nose were not covered, also as we were leaving one of the cooks was blowing his nose and did not wash his hands so that really disgust me after. read more

We decided to try this place out due to a co-worker of mine suggesting it. It was made even better when we realized we could dine out on the patio with our little dog (and adventure buddy) Petey. The waitress was friendly and made us feel very welcome. They provided a community dog water bowl, which scored extra points with us since it was 80+ degrees outside. The tables were dirty with dust but understandable since they literally had just had a massive wind storm the night before. (And we definitely understood because we were camping out in it the night before!) We went with the bacon burgers and fries. They arrived simple, hot and fresh. So tasty! The burger meat was definitely hand pattied and seasoned perfectly. The fries were crisp and hot. Overall, a great experience! Nothing like having a burger and fries out on a shaded patio on a late summer, early fall day! We will be back! read more

Place was very clean. Staff polite and attentive. A bit pricey for what you get; however, it's Green River - not much to choose from. Food wasn't anything special (bacon burger with fries). Although, folks behind us ordered some steaks. Those looked and smelled very good. Would stop again and probably go with a Ribeye. read more

Friendly service, but the burgers are DRY. I hate having to ask to have my beef cooked rare, but it's absolutely necessary here. Don't make the same mistake I made. While traveling to Colorado we wanted a quick burger lunch, to get back on the road. I looked for burgers near me on Yelp. The service was exceptional and fast. The restrooms were clean. When our burgers came, the French fries were fresh cut, and fried perfectly. The cheeseburgers were 1/2 pound patties, with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, & onions. The condiments brought to the table were: mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and 1,000 island. It was worth the stop. read more

This is great bar food plus reasonably priced large steaks. I was so busy eating my 12 oz. Ribeye with salad, baked potato & garlic bread after my hike at Capitol Reef Park, I didn't even take a picture. The hamburgers also looked big & tasty with a big plate of fries. We had a very good time at Ray's. Home made French fries were amazing. My hubby had a burger with his fries and said it was very good. I had chicken strips with mine and they were excellent. While riding to the Sturgis motorcycle rally we stopped in green river for the night. We stopped here for a few cold ones. Ended up staying a few hours and eating. The staff was awesome! Food was also good. read more
