Henry is a very honest and reasonable locksmith. The problem with my lock was it was being interfered with another partially closed lock on the door. Duh! I retracted the other lock and my main lock works perfectly. However I needed 3 keys to a lockbox and Henry was able to make them in his van. He didn't charge for the service call but he charged me for the keys. If I EVER need a locksmith in the future, I'm calling Henry. read more

Henry is kind and professional. I reached out back in November to quote out installing smart locks. However our builder wanted to wait and after a few false starts on my part (sorry!) Impeccable service and great pricing!! Give them my highest recommendation. Details: Needed my front door re-keyed. Spoke to Kenny on the phone, he gave me 2 options for the next day and day after. Picked 3pm on Friday. Kenny called roughly 15 minutes ahead of time to say he was arriving at 3pm, and he showed up almost exactly to the second as scheduled. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Quickly got to work, and within a few minutes, both our front door locks (main and deadbolt) wear lubricated throughout and had a fresh set of keys.
