We had a problem one doorknob lock. The key wouldn't work so I asked him to rekey the lock. It turned out that it was frozen so badly that the key wouldn't go in. I didn't ask his name, but he fiddled with it for several minutes then lubed it and made it work well and didn't charge for his service. I have a very old locking furniture file cabinet that was repaired yesterday by Damiel who works for this company. Unfortunately, he was unable to find a replacement lock on his truck or in the shop/online. He modified a new lock to fit the existing broken one, and it works amazingly well. We came here to get a key done for my wife's car and we pre-ordered the key. I called to check up on the order after about a week and a half and they said no key yet try next week. I called the following after two weeks of waiting still no key. Then we got a phone call on a Monday saying that they made a mistake in the ordering and they will reorder the key.
