Worse customer service in decades with this very green employee Savannah. I bought a key that didn't work and she refused to remedy the problem. I didn't have receipt with me she said in the history of this company they have never given a refund. $5.24. She raised her voice told me to leave to the store. She also said she have no idea what the key cost. "Look at all these keys. I've only been here 3 mos". She couldn't guarantee that the new key would work then asked if I can remove the lock from my house and bring it. I asked for a Mgr and he refunded the $5.24. At the end I informed her on how to deal with a customer especially when the mistake was made by them. If I was aggressive I would have pushed the issue even further. Your passive aggressive way of communicating is cowardly. Original review The owner has passed and you can clearly tell by the lack of customer service and care towards the customers. He made my mom's blank car key work. He took the time out to make sure it worked and charged a reasonable price. We were very happy with the service. The key stopped working and I took it back. She rudely implied that she doesn't know how the key is kept because the buttons were rubbed off and so is the keychain. I said what does she mean, what do you think happened to the key? She couldn't really say, only all of these implications like it was dropped off of a building and soaked in water every day. Instead of saying all that she could have just looked at the key and either checked the battery or just seen what's wrong with it. I called my mom to ask when she bought the key and she said it was over a year ago. The lady yelled out he's dead and the guy said there's nothing they could do anyway. I wish the owner was there. He would have at least checked out the key and probably told us what was wrong and if we could fix it or if it needed to be replaced. The people in there are to short sighted to see how rude they are and how it shows they don't stand by their products. They also don't keep records so if anything goes wrong you're out of luck. I don't pay $150 for keys to last only 1 to 1.5 years. Since I know that the owner isn't here and whoever is running it won't stand by their products, I won't return. I called to get a replacement key for our car. I was told multiple times by the receptionist that the charge would be $175 if they're able to fix it. When my husband called, he was quoted $295. Very peculiar. The receptionist Savannah tried to give me some story about people phishing their calls to cover up the inconsistency. Called another company and they came to us and charged us only $200. Not sure why things changed, but be mindful that they may try to up the price on you. read more

So I've been dealing with finding a spare key copy for the last six months for a Honda ignition on my Boston whaler .. For some reason every single locksmith I've been to.. their copy for a spare key would not work with my original ... and I've been to four different places not saying any names .. procrastinating and all, my only key broke.. in desperation I went to San Pedro lock which is the sister company..
