The owner was the nicest gal. Then it got rough. What nail salon doesn't have the correct tools to remove Gel polish these days? It took her 40 minutes just to get my old polish off. She didn't trim my cuticles at all. I do keep my nails tidy but they can always use some touch ups. Then the new polish job is chunky, splotchy and looks horrible. She sent me packing with a steep bill and not even a moisturizer on my hands to counteract all that drying Acetone. They even still felt sticky and a little gooey when I left. Maybe because the ultra violet light was so weak that I had to put my nails in 4 times between coats? Sorry for the not so great review but you may need glasses and a new bottle of polish??? What salon doesn't have Bubble Bath for a color option? I had to go pink and now I need to pay a different salon 50$ for a color change and repaint.

DO !!NOT!! RECOMMEND. I have been here twice, and both times…read morewere a disaster. The first time the stylist FRIED my hair with bleach and I was stuck in the studio for 7hours while she did at least 6 other heads of hair. Yesterday morning I called and asked for an ASAP sew-in appointment and was told by the owner, Neesheka, 5pm was the only time, to which I agreed. After several scheduling calls, the situation escalated when Neesheka, called again at 2:29 to demand that I drop what I was doing and come in at 2:30, instead of 5pm like I was originally scheduled. I wasn't able to make it at that time, to which Neesheka verbally harassed me saying that I could either come immediately or not be styled at the 5pm appointment because she was "holding the store open for me". I said that was never my intention and asked why she would offer me the 5pm to begin with and also if there were any times that reflected the work I wanted done. She snapped at me and said since I wasn't satisfied I should just not come in at 5pm or at all... this weekend or ever again. I explained that I wasn't arguing, but I was confused about the appointment time and subsequent style. I still needed the appointment because I'm getting married and she begrudgingly booked me for an 8am appointment today, very clearly quoting me "$150" (I know this because she spelled it out like I am an idiot '1-5-0.'). I arrived at 8am with the hair detangled, separated by wafts and washed. I then had to wait 20minutes for my stylist to arrive. I received a SEW-IN NO STYLE THAT TOOK 1.5HOURS, and a LEAVE OUT INSTEAD OF A CLOSURE. Regardless, I accepted the style without complaint, thanked the staff and proceeded to the front. Upon check out, I saw the stylist quoted me $180 for the service. I politely asked the owner about the difference in price, explaining I had expected the $150 originally quoted, she snapped at me YET AGAIN. This time Neesheka loudly proclaimed that I was "HAGGLING, and DIDN'T have the THIRTY DOLLARS", it was my "FAULT FOR NOT ASKING THE STYLIST THE PRICE BEFORE" and she "OPENED EARLY FOR ME" (the appointment time she offered) and so I "SHOULD JUST NEVER COME BACK". This owner is extremely unprofessional, and made a scene in front of at least 20 people, causing me to TEAR UP. Neesheka called me 5 times yesterday to set up an appointment, clearly showing that she didn't have a handle on the situation and then grew irritated that I wasn't able to accept half a service or come in at the drop of a hat. During this interaction she treated me, the customer, with such disrespect that even her HUSBAND looked ashamed of the behavior, repeatedly stepping in- an attempt to deescalate her lack of respect and aggressive communication. I had already planned on not returning after my hair was fried to a crisp, only coming in today due to the availability, but the behavior of the owner(s) solidified that I will never return. Neesheka's ghetto attitude, quickness to grow loud, and inability to properly schedule is detrimental reflection on both her business and character. !!WORST SALON I'VE BEEN TO IN QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM!!

I've had such horrible luck with hair stylists since moving to the…read morearea and honestly it was really starting to affect my self worth, feeling so ugly because of my hair all the time. My hair is not difficult, I am a brunette who was just looking for some dimension in my hair. I decided to got with DL Lowry since it had such great reviews. I spent hours researching their stylists and picked the perfect one for my needs. I called weeks in advance and scheduled my appointment. I was really excited because I've been so down about my hair and I had a wedding coming up on Saturday and was really excited to look pretty. I'm crying as I write this because if you know what it's like to be done dirty by a salon then you know. It sucks. It beats you down. Hair is so important to me and so I was so excited. I felt like I finally was going to get beautiful hair again. Wrong. The night before my appointment I was so excited, I checked in online and while I was checking in I noticed a different name than the high level dimensional brunette stylist I extensively researched. I knew then that it was happening again and I was about to be shoved over. I called the next morning and sure enough, they switched the stylist to a different lower level stylist (who I'm sure is great) who doesn't specialize in what I wanted because the stylist I wanted had scheduled someone else and no longer had time for my spot. No call, no text. Just switched me. Maybe if they would've given me the courtesy of letting me know early I could've rescheduled for a time before the wedding. But no. Day of appointment when I called they informed me that they moved me and she would not have any time to see me. I informed them that I scheduled in advance and that the wedding was Saturday. They did not care. They said they would "make a note for next time" whatever that means, idk how that would help since the wedding will be long over and I can promise you I will never be going back. I feel like once again I as a customer and a person am so unimportant.

Came here about 2 weeks ago for a consult. When I first walked in I was greeted by a lovely woman…read more She offered to give me a tour of their facility, which is beautiful by the way. Extremely accommodating with coffee, water, mints, comfy seating. They have so many different options to choose from other than just getting your hair done. They offer lash extensions and brow lamination, massages, and lots more. They even have a boutique you can browse while waiting. It's kept clean and professional. I was very excited to meet the stylist and get my dream hair. But sadly, that wasn't what happened. I have dark hair and wanted it calico style, orange with blonde highlights. By the end of the consult we decided on dark hair with blonde highlights. Throughout the whole conversation the stylist kept talking me out of what I wanted. She said the color would bleed, it would be a long process, I could only shower in cold water, it's high maintenance etc etc. which sure could be true but there was absolutely no compromising and she completely changed what I wanted and made it sound like those were things I couldn't handle. I showed her a reference video of the hair I wanted and told her it did not have to be exact because I know my hair would process differently and her style may be different. She pointed at the orange part of the girls hair and said that was her natural color, which wasn't true. The girls roots were black. Once she started talking me out of the calico style I moved to maybe just doing it reddish orange. I showed her a few references of a character from a show, who obviously wears wigs but there was a different variety of red/orange, all of which I was fine with. I wanted to try to lift my hair to a red without bleach, which I know is possible because I've had my hair lifted before. But we talked about bleaching it and I told her I was fine with that but no matter what I tried to change she kept furthering from my original idea. So far in fact I started to get uncomfortable and almost just agreed to something I didn't even want. I also talked about cutting my hair because my ends are kind of thin and I know they will thin out over time, I asked what she thought and her response was whatever I would want done. And then went on to say "do I think anyone can cut their hair? Yes." It was just kind of irritating because I was asking her opinion as a professional and if I was a stylist that's not how I would have answered. I know she doesn't want responsibility if I end up not liking it but she could have answered it a bit better. "You know, ultimately we should do what you want. We can trim a bit off and see how you feel." Or something of the sort. I also have anxiety so when I go into places looking for your opinion it's also a comfort for me. Because I'm trusting you with something important and it made me not trust her when she couldn't offer her thoughts. There was also another girl with her, shadowing who made things kind of awkward as well. They would converse with one another while I was looking for references because I had to scramble for new ideas since she kept discouraging what I wanted. It just kind of made me feel like a third wheel. Her energy felt mean girl-ish to me. For example, there was another girl working and literally cutting someone's hair in the chair next to us. She wasn't there when we first started, but I guess her talking to her client was distracting to the stylist helping me and she made that known by loudly saying she couldn't focus because she has ADHD. There were other chairs we could have went to, even the lounge ones but she chose to sit there and seem irritated by someone else simply doing their job. We finished and went to the front to book and the same girl that was working next to us was there too. They have two computers and the one the girl I was talking to was on wasn't working. So she switched to the other one, but not before asking if the other girl was done using it. She just sat down and the other girl looked kind of uncomfortable. Just feeds into that mean girl energy that I sensed already. If she can't be considerate to her coworkers I would never think she'd be considerate of me. She tried to schedule me out all the way in mid June. She didn't mention any other stylist in case I wanted it sooner. I didn't end up scheduling and I'm glad I didn't because I would have hated my hair. I ended up going to another salon, asking her to lighten it and for blonde money pieces and she said "alright!" And explained my hair might not lift to a super orange or red color. She still agreed to my original idea but reminded me it might not turn out exactly like the reference, which I was perfectly fine with. I got the hair I wanted and left happy. Sadly I had to pay 25 for that consult and I'm not sure I'll ever return. If you have anxiety or are shy, be sure to stick to what you want. And don't feel pressured to do something you don't want. I hope you leave here happy!
