I just wanted to get back into a hair removal routine before my summer wedding. As it turns out, Jill helped me with so much more. I have very sensitive, reactive skin and the desert heat was killing me. I was afraid I'd be walking down the aisle with red blotchy skin. Jill listened to my concerns, asked some questions, and gave me advise and sample products that, like I said, have transformed my skin. My skin was calm and clear on my wedding day and I have Jill to thank. She is so knowledgable about skin care. Moreover, she is such a kind, interesting and intelligent person. Plus I didnt drink milk as a kid and my fingernails have always shredded,weak and crummy. So I don't get a lot of manicures. But the manicures I've had (Dolce) and a nail product she recommended and staying out of my garden for the summer (doctor's orders) have given me,for the first time in my life, actual finger nails that will grow to a decent length without cracking or splitting and hands, previously kind of an eyesore, that look very presentable. For me, that's a tremendous achievement- one that i've never been able to make on my own in spite of years of drinking gelatin and spending many $ on Sally Hansen products. I now see another amazing massage therapist at Indy Massage Company named Matthew. He is pretty great, and I look forward to relaxing on his table each month at IMC. He is intuitive and firm yet incredibly gentle, and I'm able to just surrender and let him work his magic. I've mostly only booked Swedish massages with him, but one time I booked a longer session where he really worked out the muscles in my upper back and shoulders, which really needed attention. Relatively clean and functional but only one toilet and no "amenities" like other waxing centers might have. No complaints but no bonus points either Service and service provider: 5 stars Kristin is wonderful and there is something amazing about EWC wax. Less pain than other facilities. Don't get me wrong, it's not a walk in the park but definitely better. And I have less irritation and recovery time after coming here. Check out: 5 stars Smooth and easy. I also love their products and did get something to take home with me for maintenance. Zero sales pressure, which I appreciate. Price: 4.5 stars on par with other facilities and maybe a bit cheaper than some. But you do see it with the little things.
