I recently booked again with Ivy for my Brazilian wax, and she did not disappoint! Ivy is personable, friendly, and somehow manages to laugh you through the pain, she truly makes the whole experience so much more comfortable! I was so sad to hear that she's moving on to her next adventure and ending her waxing career, but I'm really grateful I got to see her one last time! She will definitely be missed! Also, shoutout to Hannah at the front desk, she is always so warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment you walk in! The store itself was very clean, and all of the products were perfectly displayed, which really added to the overall experience. The entire experience at Wax Indy is top notch, and I'll definitely be back!

I just wanted to get back into a hair removal routine before my summer wedding. As it turns out, Jill helped me with so much more. I have very sensitive, reactive skin and the desert heat was killing me. I was afraid I'd be walking down the aisle with red blotchy skin. Jill listened to my concerns, asked some questions, and gave me advise and sample products that, like I said, have transformed my skin. My skin was calm and clear on my wedding day and I have Jill to thank. She is so knowledgable about skin care. Moreover, she is such a kind, interesting and intelligent person. She's a pleasure to talk to and puts you right at ease. Im not going to lie, sugaring hurts, but an appointment with Jill is...dare I say: fun! Now that's saying something.

(This makes me feel all sorts of feelings! Why can't things stay the same and continue forever and ever?) However, nothing is forever, darling. I now see another amazing massage therapist at Indy Massage Company named Matthew. He is pretty great, and I look forward to relaxing on his table each month at IMC. He is intuitive and firm yet incredibly gentle, and I'm able to just surrender and let him work his magic. I've mostly only booked Swedish massages with him, but one time I booked a longer session where he really worked out the muscles in my upper back and shoulders, which really needed attention. Overall 4 stars and I will be back…read more To preface: this was my first visit to any EWC in Indianapolis and my first visit of any location in over three years. Welcome/Greeting: 3 stars I was immediately greeted and checked in but she called me by another name at first and did not give any other welcome or orientation. I had to ask about the restroom and she did tell me (not show) where to go. Bathroom facilities: 3 stars. Relatively clean and functional but only one toilet and no "amenities" like other waxing centers might have. No complaints but no bonus points either Service and service provider: 5 stars Kristin is wonderful and there is something amazing about EWC wax. Less pain than other facilities. Don't get me wrong, it's not a walk in the park but definitely better. And I have less irritation and recovery time after coming here. Check out: 5 stars Smooth and easy. I also love their products and did get something to take home with me for maintenance. Zero sales pressure, which I appreciate. Price: 4.5 stars on par with other facilities and maybe a bit cheaper than some. But you do see it with the little things. There's room for improvement but with an amazing service provider and a superior wax product, the other items seem a little trivial.
