This was our first time visiting the salon. I brought my son here for a teen/young men's haircut because his hair needed some help. He wants the longer shaggy styles that the boys are into right now, mom doesn't. We were greeted politely and he was called back within 3-5 minutes. Jess was very helpful and listened to what he wanted and gave good suggestions. The salon is nice and clean and has several stations for working. I actually found this salon after getting a really bad haircut a few months ago. I was lucky enough to get a walk in with a guy named Alan who is absolutely fantastic. I even spent extra and got my hair dyed later that day because I liked the service so much. Last week I scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately I couldn't get an appointment with Alan so I decided to make an appointment with whoever was available because I assumed they would all be talented. I also scheduled to get my hair dyed as well. That was a mistake. The guy "Keali'i" that cut my hair completely butchered me. Uneven all over the place, and he spent most of the time talking about his arrest record and court experiences, which definitely made some women in the lobby uncomfortable. Obviously, I'm not coming back to fulfill that hair dye appointment. I'm definitely not coming back ever. If you go here, make an appointment with Alan. Because if it's Keali'i, I would say no. Because I wouldn't trust him to groom my dog, quite frankly. read more

I was optimistic about this place, but before we could even get our first haircut we were told they had a strict 5 minute late policy. We were running late due to traffic and road construction. We were on our way & yet that wasn't good enough. Not only was I told the late policy was on their website (I did not see that at all) but then when I said I'd like to cancel my appointment and wouldn't be back the manager replied rudely "that's great news!" Unkind customer service with a potential customer. So sad. I understand the logic behind this and am sure people have abused this in the past, but the lack of kindness in explaining it ensures I will never go there. Dappered Man is much better! read more

I can not say enough about today's experience with Andy! I had my son scheduled for a kids cut, which turned into a picnic on the floor watching paw patrol while Andy patiently cut my sons hair. My son seemed to be distracted by the pretty girl at the front desk "Kendal"...so she came over and joined us on the floor for a pow wow! I am beyond impressed with the level of patience and dedication they both had. We have always taken my son to Manscapes and for this reason we will never go anywhere else. I usually love this place and they typically do my hair right. However i went a couple days ago and asked for my hair to be level on both sides since i wanted to keep my middle part, and only 3 inches off since it was at my chin. The worker took of around 4 and made both sides uneven although i asked different. i get if they are in training or just starting, but it was completely different from what i asked. again they usually do well, i guess it just wasn't a good day for them read more

Before going I called to check on pricing and regular cut was $32 but includes shampoo, hot towel, and style. I asked if it would be cheaper if I didn't do that and they said no, that's the cheapest option. I went and was happy with haircut and experience but there was no shampoo, hot towel, style, etc (all the stuff listed under the price) AND still charged me $32. False advertising in my opinion. If you are going to say that the extra stuff is included and I have to pay for it...then you should probably not skip out on the service. Honestly, my suggestion would be to have a $25 cut option. read more

Always love going to see Carmen! My 5 year old son loves getting haircuts, but he is very picky about who does it. Because sometimes they get too close to the skin, or rush and butcher it. But never Carmen. He even tells me when to make his appointments with her, because he loves talking to her. I'd always recommend Carmen. read more

This is a great place. I've had several stylist cut my hair over the last year or so and they all do a great job. I book Shelby when she's available and she's awesome every time and gives me a consistent cut that leaves me looking fresh. The haircut was very good and the stylist was super nice and funny but when i was going to leave the little girl at the front desk was SO RUDE! This place is amazing. A friend of mine and I went in for shaves and eyebrow waxes. I also got my ears and nose waxed. He had his beard done. Both of us said that our stylists were amazing. We had a bit of time to kill while having a car worked on and called on a whim after finding them on Yelp and they got us in.
