DO NOT TRUST! I had to return my paint and they say we will not give you your money back and it says in the recipe there is no return. Initially I ask them if I can return the paint and all the equipment, nothing has been touched! They say ok So, I drive all the way there for them to say we only give credit. When I get there he walks to my car carries everything back to the shop, knowing that I'm there to return and get my money back. I spend $400 there. Then at the shop he shows me soap to wash my car and when I say I have no use for that he insists on getting the soap anyways and talk non stop like a broken record. Then he lied that the company will not return the money and when I ask for the company information ℹ he got red handed and said he is the company. My last draw was; Me: He can resale his paint it hasn't been open. His wife: gets very angry and raises her voice, we just closed the credit card machine and can not pay you. They were giving me a run around waisting my time and energy. They were very rude and unprofessional. So I know I had to leave and take it to higher attority. read more

So I was on the search for the perfect paint to cover up the wood trim in my 2009 BMW. I hate wood trim and this is a racecar, so I wanted it to match the rest of the black plastics in the car. I called Tony looking for a specific SEM paint, but it turns out, this paint as discontinued. Instead of just hanging up, he told me he had some other ideas and options and that he'd give me a ring later. Sure enough, I get a call from Tony later that afternoon and he told me to swing by the store to check out some samples. To my surprise, I walk in, meet Tony, and he shows me 4 paint samples he sprayed on test sheets, all labeled with the matching paint. Talk about above and beyond! I'm more of a mechanic than a painter, so I asked Tony if I needed to do anything special to prepare the plastic properly. He got me sorted with the appropriate cleaner and scuff pad, without going overboard since this was a small project. The results were amazing. OMG Tony is the BEST!!! I've bought fillers, paint and products from him in the past but today he spent an HOUR of his time answering my paint and bodywork related questions. He is also a paint matching GENIUS. I brought him my 57' Chevy and he was able to match my faded paint color and make me a spray can of Sherwin Williams Dimensions in the same color. He didnt even use a Spectrophotometer... he did it by eye! He also just matched some paint for a Schwinn Cruiser bicycle a family member is restoring. Perfect match! I've been in here three times for color match paint to a 1955 GMC truck and Tony has made aerosol can's with perfect matches! It's a nice, small family-run place and you don't find many of those these days. Customer service is excellent and I've had some great advice as well. He can match your paint perfect, give you great technical advise and has hard to find clips and such you always need when restoring a car. The only place that will match your paint right on the spot. It takes about 15 min to mix but he does it right in front of you so you know it's still mixing. I got a fairly big spray can of my auto paint for only $40. I scuffed the side of my car when I was coming out of a parking garage and now it looks like new. I still have plenty left for more driving mistakes but lets hope I don't have to use it again :). read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My brand new car got dented pretty bad on the right back door. I went online and ordered some primer,paint and clear coat from scratch wizard. I did all the steps and my paint job came out terrible. After three tries I was about to give up. I decided to go to Rays. I called beforehand and Tony was really friendly and said he would look at my car when I got there. When I arrived he looked at the car and in detail told me what I needed to do. He recommended a better clear coat and I asked for some more paint. He spent a lot of time perfecting the paint to match my original.I even had to turn my car around so he could compare it with sunlight. I did everything he said and my car door came out perfect and even better then the original. I can't thank these guys enough. I went to every auto shop and auto body place where they told me it would cost over $1000 to fix my car and I went to every car paint place that didn't have my color. This place is perfect. I curb rashed two of my aftermarket wheels and couldnt justify spending $100 per wheel to get them repaired professionally. The matte bronze color is notoriously hard to match and stands out when not matched correctly. Tony took a good 15-20min perfecting the paint mixture and comparing it to my wheels. When it came time to spray the wheels, it was a 99% match to the original color. Cant even tell it was resprayed from a foot away. Pricey at almost $50 for a can of spray paint, but the can will last for a while if I ever curb them again and its so much better than $100 per wheel for repairs. read more
