I didn't know that Chuck Nash had moved from San Marcos, going towards Kyle. So I went to Chuck Nash's Collision Center where the rest of Chuck Nash used to be, while Dan went where it had to go. He got there and called me, telling me that he explained everything to them, to Chris (one of the employees), so when I found the place everything was already taken care of all I had to do was give them my phone number. I asked Chris when Chuck Nash moved and he told me about 15 years ago. I definitely need to get out more. Dan was quick, professional, honest, very helpful, and someone you actually enjoy talking to. Takes off in a tear so that you're not there when he's taking it off the truck and you can hear your transmission, grinding and slamming when he takes it off the truck. Wouldn't ever use again. The garage I called gave me JV's number for service. JV came in a reasonable amount of time with a modern rig and got my so-not-miniature sedan out of what looked to me to be an impossibly cramped parking spot. He did so very quickly and with complete confidence. He was friendly and professional, and even dropped me at home on the way. Since he wasn't sure if the lot would be open when he got there just after closing and knew the mechanics didn't have a key drop, he advised me to keep the key, double-check the car was locked when I hopped out at my house, and to drop the key off tomorrow to be safe. When I arrived the next day, my car was expertly parked within the security gates but I appreciated the advice. I got a discount since I'd been referred by the garage. Truth is I would pay full price to hire him on my own. He's marvelous.

Since the moment we contacted RGC over the phone, we were met with nothing but hostile attitude trying to inquire politely about our towed vehicle. I'm never one to ever write a review, but the feeling of utter disrespect is unacceptable and criminal. Simply accompanying your friend to release a vehicle constitutes a rude "enforcement" of "policy" that requires anyone who is not the impounded vehicle's owner to stand behind the gate, not even allowed to sit on the seats conveniently placed outside the office door. Even trying to maintain a calm and civil tone will not appease Ms. Tish who does not seem to understand the concept of customer service. Like I said, I am never one to even think to leave reviews anywhere, but this business is the furthest thing from professional and I am forewarning you that you will see the brightest color of red when you fall victim to this scam and embarrassment of a towing company. Oh, and do not be misled by all of the hopecore-esque decor inside the office. It is deceiving and lord have mercy on these people's souls. -angry crunch fitness visitor parker O stars lolllll
