The garage I called gave me JV's number for service. JV came in a reasonable amount of time with a modern rig and got my so-not-miniature sedan out of what looked to me to be an impossibly cramped parking spot. He did so very quickly and with complete confidence. He was friendly and professional, and even dropped me at home on the way. Since he wasn't sure if the lot would be open when he got there just after closing and knew the mechanics didn't have a key drop, he advised me to keep the key, double-check the car was locked when I hopped out at my house, and to drop the key off tomorrow to be safe. When I arrived the next day, my car was expertly parked within the security gates but I appreciated the advice. I got a discount since I'd been referred by the garage. Truth is I would pay full price to hire him on my own. He's marvelous.

They driver was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. He made everything look easy. He pushed my Jeep out of the parking spot and loaded it. He allowed me to drive ahead to the auto repair shop while he finished locking the Jeep down. So I was able to talk to the auto repair guys and have them ready. He unloaded it and was professional in telling me how to pay him. Awesome I highly recommend them and saved their contact in my phone. Thank you.

It's never a pleasant experience to be towed and have to pick up your vehicle. HOWEVER, there is no…read morereason for any receptionist to have the most heinous attitude when trying to calmly retrieve your vehicle. Since the moment we contacted RGC over the phone, we were met with nothing but hostile attitude trying to inquire politely about our towed vehicle. I'm never one to ever write a review, but the feeling of utter disrespect is unacceptable and criminal. Simply accompanying your friend to release a vehicle constitutes a rude "enforcement" of "policy" that requires anyone who is not the impounded vehicle's owner to stand behind the gate, not even allowed to sit on the seats conveniently placed outside the office door. Even trying to maintain a calm and civil tone will not appease Ms. Tish who does not seem to understand the concept of customer service. Like I said, I am never one to even think to leave reviews anywhere, but this business is the furthest thing from professional and I am forewarning you that you will see the brightest color of red when you fall victim to this scam and embarrassment of a towing company. Oh, and do not be misled by all of the hopecore-esque decor inside the office. It is deceiving and lord have mercy on these people's souls. -angry crunch fitness visitor parker O stars lolllll

Scam Artist in Disguise - Avoid at All Costs…read more Around 6:30 PM, after a 12-hour shift, I pulled over on the freeway because my driver-side exhaust pipe had slipped off and was dragging. While waiting for family to arrive, a man in a white Chevy truck with yellow emergency lights stopped. He was around 5'8", gray beard, with a young girl (his daughter, I assume) in the passenger seat. Before even looking under the car, I told him exactly what was wrong -- the pipe had come loose just past the catalytic converters and was scraping. I made it very clear I didn't need anything major, just for it to stop scraping so I could get home. I also told him I could give him gas money or $50 as a thank-you. He agreed. Without saying much else, he immediately had his daughter bring over a jack and an angle grinder. He then sawed off the exhaust pipe completely -- a process that took maybe 15 minutes. Afterward, he told me to start the car (now sounding much louder, obviously), said it "sounded better that way," and started writing something. What he handed me was a printed "receipt" charging me $350 for "grinder work" and a "torn O2 sensor repair" -- both of which are absolute lies. My O2 sensor wasn't damaged, and I had no check engine light or error codes. When I refused to pay, he got aggressive, trying to crowd me against my trunk while saying his daughter was a witness that I "agreed to pay." Let me be clear: I didn't ask him to cut anything. I didn't approve the cost beforehand. I didn't agree to pay a set amount. I didn't even call him -- he pulled over on his own. He started fake-calling someone and threatening to "get me towed." When I stood my ground, he said absurd things like "death by deceivement" (not a real thing) and started trying to manipulate me into paying. Then my family arrived, and he yelled at my mother while trying to guilt her into paying. My mom, wanting to de-escalate and get home to my recovering grandma, offered him $140 -- which he snatched and left with. The receipt he gave me? No name, no client info, no license, no car model -- completely bogus. This man is a predator who takes advantage of people stranded and vulnerable. He intimidated me and my family, lied about the damage, and tried to bully money out of us for something I never agreed to. He's running a scam operation with no integrity, and dragging his daughter along for it -- which is honestly heartbreaking. To the man who scammed me: You said it would cost $60 to weld the exhaust back on. So why would it cost $350 to hack it off? You're not just dishonest -- you're deliberately abusive. I hope someday you feel the kind of violation and disrespect you inflict on hardworking people. Avoid this roadside "mechanic" at all costs. Call a tow truck or wait for someone you trust. This man is a scammer and a thief. BELOW ARE THE PHOTOS OF THE RECEIPT HE USED FOR EXTORTION AND THE AFTERMATH THAT SUPPOSEDLY COST $350 https://www.imghippo.com/i/Dosj5576vE.png https://www.imghippo.com/i/BEU1944GWk.png
