They were great and very helpful on more than one occasion. I needed my car towed to various mechanics and they gave me a great discount!

I was just serviced by this company for an indoor lockout, and they were great. None of the other…read moreplaces in San Marcos were open, served my location between SM n Martindale or answered my call. I saw their previous review score but gave still them a shot. The boss called me to make sure I had talked to the technician on the way and Rashid arrived exactly the time he said. I sent him a photo of my door lock and asked a price which I gladly venmoed to him after he finished the job in afew minutes. I highly recommend this company for home-style lock out service they provided. I'll be calling again if/when I need a lock smithed

Called N1 Locksmith after locking my keys in my car and was quoted $120 over the phone. He tried to…read moresay it was "starting at $120" to which I told him I'm only paying $120 and he accepted. The technician arrived and unlocked my car in about two minutes before trying to charge me $150. He initially claimed the difference was due to tax but then insisted I had actually been quoted $140. When I refused to pay $140, his friend on the phone said, "He's scamming you, it's supposed to be $90." I told his friend he was right and that the technician was indeed a scammer. This apparently struck a nerve and led to personal insults about my car. This was pretty funny coming from someone driving a Ford Fusion. I ultimately paid $129. I'd suggest N1 Locksmith invest in technicians with better customer service skills and perhaps more importantly, better memory retention.
