Instead of just telling me where the office was, one if the mechanics stopped & went to get the gentleman. Come to find out, it was the owner. He was 100% pure gentleman. He came out with an umbrella, yup one of our rare rain days. He walked me to my vehicle, asked me exactly what I needed. I explained all I needed was the inspection. He then walked me to the office to have a seat & wait. When he came back he informed me that the low tire light was on. He checked all the air in my tires, & filled the low one. The light is off. Mind you, I'd taken my vehicle to Firestone to fix my tires, & they failed. If I need any vehicle repairs - I'll come back here. Thank you for the kindness & superior service. Thank you for going above & beyond.

The paint job didn't match whatsoever, very blotchy and overspray all over the place. Paint started to chip off 3 weeks after they had repainted the front bumper. The rear bumper wasn't even installed correctly. The passenger door doesn't even open right it has a gap so bad you can put a dime in between. You have to push it hard in order for it to open. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you want more info on my experience before you decide to take your vehicle there call Carlo @ 956-754-0333. I was gonna hire an attorney and sue them, but they're not worth my time. Alvaro the owner is a piece of shit. He told me that if I wanted tongo to court let's do it. I told him that i wanted him to pay for the repairs that were gonna have to be done at another shop(because his shop sucked) and he said he'd rather spend $5,000 hiring an attorney than to have to pay $2,000+- to make it right. If I can save one person the heartache, I'm happy.

I do not recommend this business to anyone who wants their vehicle properly fixed with…read moreprofessionalism and basic human decency. I had been using coop for audio installs. No complaints there. I recently took my truck to him on 3/14/26 and had my water pump/thermostat replaced due to overheating issues. They also sealed my drain plug on my radiator, which at the time I didn't think was wrong, but now I'm having to replace my whole radiator because there's no circulation. I also had to replace my reservoir for my radiator because they cracked it while improperly burping the coolant system. As soon as I drove off, my vehicle started overheating again and I had to return for them to do it again. Two weeks later, I discover more air pockets in my system. I brought my vehicle to a different shop -- now it's costing me hundreds of dollars more to fix a problem I thought was fixed. Not to mention the 2 times I drive out to his shop just for him to not answer and then be angry at me for being upset at his unprofessionalism. Jeremy and Steve were amazingly professional and I know they tried their best with what Coop allows them to do. Very disappointed in how this was handled because I knew Coop personally. Now I'm out $500 from him not properly fixing my vehicle and having to spent over $300 more to properly repair. DO NOT GO HERE.
