I am really impressed with Rick's. I only give them 4/5 stars because they aren't personally able to cut a new key and program it, but his brother at The Key Depot, does. When I called Rick about my car key breaking in half, he apologized for the inconvenience and explained that his brother would be able to help. Rick gave me the number and I was able to get them to come out within the hour. I'm very impressed with these brothers. I can't say enough good about Ricks. I called them unsure about when I would be able to be at my rental and they were so friendly and worked with me on the time. Once I got there they came over and did the job quickly and were so very nice and helpful. Then after that, we lost the keys in the flood and Rick stayed on call to come back over to help us again. Rick showed up within minutes of my call when I locked my keys in my car. It was opened in seconds and the equipment he uses is very gentle on the car. He doesn't take credit cards, but he will follow you to an ATM of your choice if you don't have the cash on hand. He is very nice and it cost much less than I thought it would. read more
