I did not have my car worked on here BUT, to the service manager Sarah.. You are a life saver !…read more I was having electrical issues in my car due to an after market radio. The radio had been in my car for years and given me no issues until about a month ago - my battery was constantly dying and the radio wouldn't turn off, even with the key out. I called Baumanns off of a referral from a friend at work to see if they could look at my car or had anyone who worked on electrical stuff. 2 otger places i had been 2 were no help at all. Sarah let me know that they did have guys who could find the issues but it would be 98.00 an hour and once they found the issue that they couldn't rewire the radio to work.. they could take it out or cut the power totally.. both of which are not an option for me. I let her know that so she then suggested that I try to take it to an audio shop to see if they could figure it out. That was the best suggestion she could have made ! ! I called a few places and found one who knew EXACTLY what the issue was as soon as I told him what was going on. I got my car fixed finally, same say and for only 45.00 ! ! ! ! I cannot speak on their auto repair skills aside from my coworker saying they are super honest and a very great place to go but if it wasn't for Sarah - I would still be with a dead battery and a radio that won't cut off. THANK YOU SO MUCH SARAH. :)
