GREAT COMPANY! The BEST PRICING!! I Highly Recommend them!!! My vehicle broke down on a Sunday afternoon, I call Powerstroke Towing and got an immediate answer; no voice mail box. The individual I spoke with was extremely nice and enthusiastic and genuinely interested in helping me out. I gave him all my information and the details for the tow and they had my price quote ready within a few minutes! It was a great price, I expected it to be much higher! And considering how far I need to have my vehicle towed, their price was definitely good! Not only that but they had a driver ready to meet me within 20 minutes, "WOW!" The car was delivered to the body shop no problems! I didn't even have to go with the driver or meet him there, just gave specific instruction and the driver took care of it all. Needless to say I am very happy and confident in this company and will most definitely be calling them first time around if I ever have a problem again. I do feel the need to mention that I had called 3 other companies before calling Powerstroke towing, the first company I only got voicemail and I never did get a call back from them, even though on there website it stated they were open on Sundays. The other company I called; the man on the phone was very rude, sounded like he was hung over from the Saturday night before, Extremely incompetent, I had to repeat myself several times to him...at the end he final told me he would call me back because he was driving and never did. I then call him back after 15 minutes and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes and I never heard from him again. And the third company told me that they wouldn't be leave Boerne to where I was located in San Antonio (only about 13miles from Boerne) because it was too far...OK! While we were driving our Mazda RX8 on the freeway, it was running smoothly and nothing seemed to be wrong with it until we got off the freeway and stopped at a red light. While we were at a complete stop the car turned off out of no where and we were trying so hard to start it again before the light turned green. Unfortunately the car wouldn't start and we were holding up so much traffic, it was soooo embarrassing! Luckily for us a cop came up behind us and he had used his car to push us to the nearest parking lot to get us out of the way so we wouldn't hold up traffic, but while he was doing that his car was scratching our back bumper! After that we had no one to call and didn't know what else to do because it was already around 10:00pm. We were already so frustrated, annoyed, and hopeless, until we called Powerstroke Towing. Robert was very understanding and professional and showed up in reasonable timing. Once he arrived on the scene, he seemed to be very knowledgeable experienced in what he was doing and the equipment he was using, and got us out of the parking lot in no time. During the drive to our destination, he was very friendly and informative. He even gave us a lot of helpful advice for the situation we were in. Plus, he gave us a reasonable deal on the price. If i was ever to be in this situation again, Powerstroke Towing would absolutely be the first number I would call for help. My car decided to stall on me at a Valero Pump during my lunch break. Needed a tow, so I yelped and choose the towing company with the best reviews. I'm so glad I came across this company! Robert was nothing but fantastic! Met me in 15 min! His credit card system was down, so I ran into the store to get cash and of course that was Out of Order! I let him know, and I just assumed he may be annoyed by that, but he gladly said for us to go down the street to try another gas station. Price was very affordable by the way. After dropping my car off at my home, he noticed something wrong with my cables. He worked some magic on it. I was super impressed with the service I received. I broke down on 281 and 1604 on a hot Sunday (not to mention I'm pregnant and had my youngest daughter with me). I talked to Brandon, with Powerstroke Towing, and was told he could be there in 20-25 minutes. From my past experience with tow truck companies, I took that to mean 40-1 hr. I'm pretty sure he arrived in less than 15 minutes. Awesome start to the experience. When we were on our way to the repair shop (keep in mind it's a Sunday so I won't get my car repaired until Monday) I mentioned that we thought it was the terminal to the battery, so he suggested swinging by Advanced Auto Parts first, just to see if we could get that replaced immediately. $3.48 later and 20 minutes (plus the cost to tow, which was also reasonable) I was all fixed up and on my way home. Great experience with Powerstroke Towing. I called the main number in the evening and dispatcher told me he would put me in the system. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Don. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful. I needed my car transported from my home to dealer service center. From a previous experience, Don knew that there was no access onto that property afterhours. He volunteered to come pick up my car at 6:30 AM and drive through morning rush hour traffic to have my vehicle there by my early morning appointment. What I expected to be a hassle went smooth and worry-free. I just wanted to say thank you to Don and Tony for helping me out on Saturday. My starter went out in my car and I had no idea how I was going to get it to the mechanic. My neighbor told me how awesome they were and called them for me. They were at my apartment within 15 minutes of the call! They are experienced in what they do! My car sits a little low, and they were able to get my girl on the truck without scraping the bottom or bending my fender (I've had that happen before) They had her on the truck quickly and had her on her way within 15 minutes! Robert (Stone Oak location) was very efficient and professional. I live in Palo Alto but am in San Antonio with the family for the holidays. Two days after getting home, my family's dodge ram truck got a flat due to a nail. We called AAA to get the truck towed to Discount Tires. Right after we finished talking to AAA, Robert called to let us know he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would, giving us a second call to let us know he had arrived and was outside. OMG!!! My dearest car.... transmission went out!!! OUCH! last week.... Jan 6th, way to start the year people!
