AMAZING customer service from Aziz. He was incredibly, INCREDIBLY, compassionate and quick with his work, yet took his time when it came to handling his customers. We had nice chats on the way to my cars destination. My car broke down in the early hours of the morning and it was a headache trying to track down a service that would answer their line or give me a call back. When ONE other service responded, it was a $135 flat rate and availability for much later in the day. A couple weeks ago I had a tire that blew out and I was very stressed about the situation and costs to get it somewhere to get fixed. I looked online and requested quotes after waiting 4+ hours for my insurance, for a tow truck that never came from them (I was so pissed because I had work in an hour with a stranded car). Read the great reviews on yelp so I called for a non-emergency tow from one location to another, was told someone would come within 30 minutes and technician Firas arrived quickly. He used a portable charger to charge up the car to put it in neutral and loaded the car. I met him at the drop off location. He placed the vehicle as requested very easily. He was very courteous, and the price was fair. I did get charged a few more dollars for using a credit card, but that was acceptable. Great service and professionalism. I would call again. read more

My niece's car all of a suddenly died without warning in her apartment complex parking lot. I took the battery out to have it checked and it was good. So, then I had to get the vehicle towed to my mechanics to have them look at it. Remembering how much it costed to get a vehicle out of the police inpound yard, I was not looking forward to paying a big bill. I researched Yelp and saw that Daniel Towing had very good reviews and people were happy with the price they paid. When I called they said that they could meet me at the apartment complex in about 1 hour, they did call me when the driver was 10 minutes away, so an hour to an hour and 15 minutes later, the tow truck pulls up and he checks the car out, pushes it back to get it loaded up, and take it 10 miles to my mechanic. They picked up the truck drove it an hour home and dropped it in my driveway. They even sent pictures after it was delivered. I wasn't able to be home for any of this so it was very nice.
