Read the great reviews on yelp so I called for a non-emergency tow from one location to another, was told someone would come within 30 minutes and technician Firas arrived quickly. He used a portable charger to charge up the car to put it in neutral and loaded the car. I met him at the drop off location. He placed the vehicle as requested very easily. So, then I had to get the vehicle towed to my mechanics to have them look at it. When I called they said that they could meet me at the apartment complex in about 1 hour, they did call me when the driver was 10 minutes away, so an hour to an hour and 15 minutes later, the tow truck pulls up and he checks the car out, pushes it back to get it loaded up, and take it 10 miles to my mechanic. My truck broke down an hour from home, I found them on yelp called and ended up leaving my keys with the manager of a fast food where we broke down. They picked up the truck drove it an hour home and dropped it in my driveway. They even sent pictures after it was delivered. I wasn't able to be home for any of this so it was very nice.
