Left things bumpy/uneven and paint didn't cover the scratch marks. Not all scratches were fixed. Was nice in person but after the job I text and he hasn't responded. He said I'd be amazed with the results, I wasn't expecting perfection, but what I paid is expect better. In front of front tire this "paste" was left. He said it'd turn to powder and wipe off, it didn't and the parts that did left dark paint. The 2 doors are bumpy and the paint to fix it underneath is still visible. In front of the back tire, they tried to paint and the paint peeled off. He said he'd come back to buff it out. I ended up getting rid of the car. read more

I do not recommend this "business" the owner or worker if very harrasing and pushy about getting you to respond and offering a free quote etc.. I did not feel safe or heard and tried to say to stop messaging please but got the rudest of replies. The fact that this is a mobile service isnt too accommodating in my eyes bc I would be worried to give out my information and place I reside with the pressuring and inconsiderate type messages I received. Do not do it and especially not if you have no one with you or live alone. Me as a woman trying to stand up for myself and say stop messaging please.. to get this response says enough. Seems like a desperate business to have to persuade, over message and send this type of message back. So all the brackets of my 2017 Camry that I purchased at Autos Bravos this past September are now intact but to even think why that LLC auto dealerships sold the car like that to me after suffering a terrible car crash it's mind boggling that Autos Bravos would put me in danger. Showed up quick, missing materials I didn't mind giving dude (paper towels, micro fibers, paper towels etc) cause he seemed like stand up people so I didn't mind. Supposed to get a touch up to buff out rough spots Aug 28th, and he had a family emergency so I understand, all good. However it's been a month since and still haven't gotten the work done tired of texting 6-8 times with just push backs to getting the work finished. Most auto body shops wanted to charge over $7k to do it. However, this team fixed the car at a completely fair price. TX Mobile Auto Body not only was completely fair on the pricing, but they also went above and beyond by fixing a few other items for me as well. Paul Valvano immediately responded to my request for an estimate to repair my bumper. I met him at the house during lunch he assured me he could repair the bumper and I would not have to buy a new bumper. I returned to work. Just a little over an hour later he sends me a text saying he was finished and wanted a nice tip. I wanted to pay after I saw the finished work but he insisted that he needed the money right then ro buy parts for the next job. When I get home, the repair work is shoddy, glue is everywhere! I call back and ask Paul to please return and properly repair the bumper he said he could repair. He said he would. Meanwhile, I am driving the car. I have to the thr car to work Thursday, Nov 16. Not only do I appreciate him coming out of his way to help me late in the evening (my bumper was dragging the ground! & I couldn't drive home!!!) I appreciate him showing up early the next morning to finish my car in my driveway . he showed up with the paint and tools and all! I didn't have to file a claim, pay a high deductible or drive around with an eye sore . I love the fact he is mobile and I didn't even have to take it to a shop and be without my car !!!! Updated review after finally getting some communication from Paul. The good: Had some collision damage to 2 of our cars (fairly major on one car door, minor on the other car bumper). Paul came by and gave a reasonable estimate to repair the more major door damage, which otherwise would have required replacement of the whole door at higher cost. Realizing that repair (not replacement) would not be perfect, but cheaper, I opted to go for Paul's option. He also offered for a smaller additional fee to complete the bumper repair on the other car which required pull-out of the dent, patching, and painting. He returned promptly the next day. The major damage repair on the car door was pretty good, not perfect, as I mentioned and was not expecting, probably the best anyone could do without replacing the whole door. Kudos to Paul for this as it is good work considering the damage he was working with. The main issue with that repair is the paint doesn't quite match but again, I would probably have to take it to a shop, pay a lot more for paint, or replace the whole door for perfection. Paul left a mess in the driveway including some glue and/or epoxy that I had to chisel up. Overall, 4 stars with 1 star reduction for the mess. The bad: For the minor repair on the other car he pressed out the dent in the bumper but failed to patch or paint. He told me the paint was not ready but he would return to complete the job. He did knock off $100 from that $400 portion of the repair for not having painted it. However, after several days of not hearing anything, I texted his phone with no response, twice, over the course of 3 days. Then I wrote a review, which he saw and immediately started texting me things I cannot repeat here. He also will no longer come to complete the agreed upon job. So I paid him $300 to press out one dent in a bumper, which is even more amazing because he was complaining about how the big body shops charge $60 per dent on hail damage, he doesn't respond to texts over the course of several days, immediately responds once he sees a review, proceeds to call me names, and cancels the remaining job which I was willing to pay for. Would proceed with caution unless you are getting an estimate in writing. Downgraded from 4 stars to 2 stars for unprofessionalism. read more

Paul and another technician arrived on time and completed the the job in under 3 hours at a very, very reasonable price. I had only called Paul the evening prior, he was very responsive. I had a very noticeable circular rear bumper crack (size of a baseball) as well as a few broken bumper tabs which all occurred due to an animal clipping the rear side of my car. I did not want to deal with insurance to file a claim as I knew it would have to sit in a shop for days, as well as a possibility of insurance hikes since I had to file a comprehensive claim two years prior.
