In today's day and age of inconsistent communication, mediocrity, unreliability, lack of…read moretrustworthiness and dependability and outrageous prices for poor service, Aliaksandr at MasterFix Solutions proved to be the proverbial needle in the haystack as he delivered excellent communication from start to finish, spectacular work with tremendous attention to detail, showed up early each day and stayed late in order to ensure he finished prior to the agreed upon deadline, was trustworthy and dependable every step of the way and best of all, he was willing to do fantastic work at a fair price and had no issue working within my budget while still delivering superior results. Aliaksandr at MasterFix Solutions was the epitome of first class customer service from start to finish, as he completely transformed two bathrooms that had sustained water damage. He handled everything from the drywall and painting to the installation of flooring and resetting of the plumbing fixtures. He worked extremely hard each day to stay on schedule and took the time to make sure I was pleased with his progress each day. He was also very personable, friendly and humble and was very appreciative of the opportunity to take on this project as he did not take one minute for granted. He also took tremendous pride in his work and at the end of the project he made sure that everything was cleaned up, all trash was disposed of and I was completely happy with the final outcome before asking for one cent of payment, which is rare in today's day and age of upfront deposits paired with inconsistent service. I know first-hand how difficult it can be to find someone you can trust in your home to take care of projects both big and small, so I am beyond ecstatic that I found that "needle in the haystack" in Aliaksandr at MasterFix Solutions and I highly recommend you give him a call for all of your households needs, whether it be drywall, painting, flooring, general handyman work, etc, as he is a shining light in the midst of a sea of darkness and I am thankful to have found him and look forward to seeing his business grow in the years ahead. Welcome to the 5 out of 5 star club Aliaksandr as it is well deserved....job well done!

It was a very quick and easy install. Price was fair and attractive relative to a plumbing outfit. Job was done flawlessly and everything works fine so far! We asked for quotes from a few OTHER outfits and provided all info and pictures. Most couldn't provide that info without wasting time and money to give us an "estimate" based on an on site visit, which would cost us money and make no difference. Murad was far more familiar and flexible. Our job was exactly what he expected. His work was exactly what we expected as well.

Just writing another recommendation for Pioneer Home Repairs!!…read more I had another small job I needed completed - and to be honest - I wasn't even sure if what I wanted existed - but Zachrey Conner came up with a great solution which not only gets the job done - but was economical because he was able to use my existing hardware instead of having to start buying a bunch of expensive stuff I didn't need! We have a screened in porch on the back of our house - and we have a medium sized dog who we like to give access to both our porch and the fenced in back yard. We keep his bed, along with his food and water bowls on the porch and our solution up to now has been to prop open the screen door so he could go in and out. But about a week ago we had a pretty windy day and the wind caught the propped open door and bent it all the way open - which damaged the mechanism on the top of the door that is used to prop the door open. I went to Lowes to price a new screen door (thinking that was our only option) and while doing so I thought to myself - why dont they make a doggy door for within a screen door?? I looked at Lowes, Home Depot and even Amazon and did not find anything like what I was thinking would be a perfect solution - because I knew even if we replaced the bent door it would likely be damaged again in the future if we continued to prop it open. So - I reached out to Zach and he literally showed up at my door to talk about what I wanted within 30 minutes of texting him (like seriously - who does that)!! He said he was finishing a job near by and so he came right over. We talked about what I was wanting and he said he thought we could modify my exisiting door without too much trouble and he then told me my original door wasn't damaged - I just needed a new part for the existing door - and that part cost less than $20!! I was thrilled. We setup an appointment for him to return to do the work and he finished the job a little earlier today. Once again I am thrilled with the outcome. He installed the new part to fix my door and customized the original door by removing two vertical slats to the right hand side of the door and created a frame to support the changes in the actual screening - which he cut and added a metal piece to the bottom of and then added magnets in the frame of the door itself so it now swings open for my dog to go through but will stay closed to prevent bugs from entering an open hole - just like a doggy door is supposed to do!! Now I can use my door but keep it closed all while allowing my dog to come and go multiple times per day without having to physically let him in and out of the porch or prop open the door!! Zach is such a wonderful handyman! I highly recommend him for any repairs or maintenance work you need done! He is on Facebook and Yelp - but the easiest way to reach him is to text him at 980-335-6940. If you have any questions - feel free to message me directly. Thanks!

We had a fantastic experience with Kevin from start to finish…read more We had a leak showing up in our laundry room and were having a tough time figuring it out since it wasn't happening when we were doing laundry and it only happened certain times when it rained, not all the time. My husband attempted to find the leak when looking at the pipes in the attic, cutting out part of the wall in the laundry room to make sure no pipes behind the washer/dryer were having issues, but eventually came to the conclusion that it could potentially be rain coming into the dryer vent which is on our roof - so if we had an extremely hard rain that came in a crazy angle, our wall was getting wet. So I researched around for someone and came across the reviews for McToolman. Kevin was quick to respond, set up an initial consultation that worked with our schedules, and send us a quote. We were fine with the quote and scheduled for Kevin to make the fix. Kevin came as scheduled and made the repair very quickly. We have had no issues since and appreciate the great job we received in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Kevin with McToolman!
