NOT SURE WHAT'S GOING ON HERE WITH SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ?!?! LOOKS LIKE A COMPETITOR TRYING TO BAD…read moreMOUTH AN GOOD COMPETITOR ?? We've gone to Celebrity Cleaners for 17 years now and NEVER had a bad experience. I traveled A LOT and always had them fold my shirts so I could easily pack for travel. Honestly, they always looked like I had just bought them when I took them out of the suit case. Also, everything we gave them came back looking fresh and clean. We would highly recommend their cleaning services !! PS- I've lived in SC for 45 years and have gone to many other cleaners....maybe some doing the bad mouthing ??? and have never found anyone to do as good a job- consistently- as Janet and her husband

I was so stressed about several tops I…read morehad purchased for an Indian wedding- I had never been and my Mom had the other half of the outfit that she was going to bring to the wedding- so I just had several ill-fitting tops and a lot of panic. These were cropped, had to be fitted in the bust, and had embroidery and beading...a real nightmare to alter- for most! Mo had me try them on and pinned them and then did some interim work and had me come back in and try them again a day later- based on his initial efforts, it was clear which tops were eventually going to work and which were not worth further effort. I so appreciated the transparency and extra effort! I think what I ended up paying was MORE than fair- especially given the additional time and counseling Mo provided lol. I had anticipated paying about double what I did here, and the work was just perfect- I danced all night! Thank you, Mo and I will be back for all My alterations and dry cleaning forever!!!

I totally believe Power Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in Orange County!…read more Even though I live 35 minutes away without traffic and 45 minutes with traffic I still choose Power Cleaners in Lake Forest to be our dry cleaners because they dry clean and launder all of my clothes and household items perfectly for reasonable prices. I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

However,…read moreI was very disappointed when I saw the extremely high price for relatively minor alterations to my wedding suit and two pairs of pants, along with dry cleaning for those items and a white shirt. I ended up paying $219, which is nearly the price of a suit itself! Again, don't get me wrong--the quality of their work and the speed of their dry cleaning service are exceptional. However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unless I receive some type of credit or adjustment from the owner, unfortunately, I will not be using their services again.

We strongly believe in supporting local businesses, which is why we entrusted Bonded Cleaners with…read moremany of our garments over the years. Unfortunately, after multiple disappointing experiences, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. Several expensive pieces of clothing were returned to us noticeably shrunk and permanently damaged. What makes the experience even more frustrating is the inconsistency in their cleaning process--some garments are apparently sent to a third party for cleaning, while others are cleaned in-house, with no transparency about how that decision is made. Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of accountability. Despite being given multiple opportunities to make things right, Bonded Cleaners never offered reimbursement, compensation, or any meaningful resolution for the damage to our clothing. Their only proposed solution was to have us bring the damaged garments back so they could attempt a stretching process. Once clothing has already been shrunk, that is not an acceptable remedy for expensive items, nor does it restore them to their original condition. We expected far better customer service from a business we had supported so consistently, and unfortunately, after giving them numerous opportunities to make things right, we can no longer recommend them.

Using the power of yelp and my mom, I found Shelton Family Cleaners. They charged $40 per down comforter and $30 for a blanket to dry clean and take off one "to do" list that was needed. I came here, was greeted with a friendly smile and reassured all the stains or problem areas would be addressed, paid up front and was given a ticket with a day it would be ready. Sure enough, i came everything was as it was supposed to be and areas addressed and I couldn't be happier! I was so impressed, that the following week, I dropped off 2 more down comforters to be cleaned and am waiting for them to be finished and picked up in a few days! Would recommend Shelton Family Cleaners for cleaning expensive down comforters! 10/10
