The INN and nearby state park is about 45 minutes north of Lewis town on a pretty mountainous, wooded well -paved road. The morning return south was worth my visit, as there were deer nearly everywhere! .. More so than that long drive in Cade's Cove, Smokey's. . I ENJOYED MY STAY in an area that I would likely have never seen. Apparently, the area has several fun weekend festivals, but I just missed the most recent. On my way from Kokomo, IN, to Williamsburg, VA , this was about 2 hours off track, but pleasant and worth it.

They also have 2 booths and one large round table seating 6 to 8 people and a small counter of maybe 3 or 4 stools. All and all, I'd definitely go back. Breakfast was good as was the service. The waitstaff was attentive and even offered to give me a coffee to go. I thought that was a nice touch and their prices are competitive. Please note: They do not accept credit or debit cards so be prepared to bring cash along with you.
