Was back again last month and had their pizza, it is excellent as well. Highly recommend this place! Also am update on their location, they are very close to the intersection of 28 and 92 in Frost WV. One mile from the Mountain Quest Institute.

Passed Dean's Den on a road trip. The food was excellent, and service was fantastic. The views were also beautiful. Highly recommend.

Delightful little cafe where they care about quality and taste. The chef really understands how to use flavors. A gem in the forest.

I'm usually not a big Carolina style barbecue fan but it wasn't too vinegary and the sauce didn't bother me (I also usually prefer dry rub because of the heaviness of the sauce). The green beans were fantastic--great flavor, the mac and cheese pretty good too, on the runny side but the pasta firmness was perfect and not too mushy like this type of mac can get. Pork was cooked well -- I got the very ends but I liked it because it's more tender and juicy. Would come back if in the area.

Great spot in Craigsville. We enjoyed our first visit after driving out from Staunton to try it…read more The sides were very solid with the potato salad and baked beans being excellent. Save room for banana pudding for dessert. Having grown up in Lexington, NC and lived in Texas my barbecue IQ is above average. The ribs were tender and juicy. I would have preferred to have them served dry rubbed rather than served with sauce on them. The pulled pork was good and the sandwich came with a large portion. Unfortunately the brisket was rather dry, yet covered in sauce. It was later in the day when we visited but it seemed as if the brisket had been cut into portions prior to the order. Overall I think they do a great job with Unbridled Souls and serve the community in a great way. The menu is perhaps too extensive with pulled pork, brisket, ribs, chicken, sausage, various versions of hot dogs and burgers, plus special items such as cheesesteaks, etc. Give them a stop is you are headed through Craigsville!
