Excellent service, decent beer & food. Great environment on a fun street of town. Fireplace was on and super cozy.

Poutine without the pulled pork. We had wings chicken sandwich and eggplant sandwich. All very good!

We got there and we were able to sit on the outside deck! Great food great atmosphere! Great service! We got a beer sampler....the Moon on the lake tastes like Switchback from Vermont. They had a special Strawberry Rhubarb Hard cider! Very good!

My favorite beer brined turkey sandwich and tater tots

Another great lunch at Raybrook brewpub. Always greeted with friendly staff upon entering. Beautiful rustic atmosphere, fun artwork, great food and amazing staff!

The beer on tap is delicious. The wings were great. They weren't over battered. The fish and chips are crispy and the perfect golden color you expect. It was so delicious looking I didn't even get a picture haha. Dayna (Sorry if that's not how you spell it XD) was great. Very cool attentive.

I love this place, the wait staff are amazing, friendly and fun. The food is always really good, and all the locally brewed beers are all fun to try. We brought the puppies and the waitress brought out a water bowl and played with the puppies. These are our kind of people. Five stars!

Beer was good. I love the outside porch and bag play area. It's great for the kids! They also have bubbles upon request. Just ask. The free popcorn was also a hit with my family. I ordered a flight of 6. Two of the flavors were phenomenal. Two were pretty good and 2 were just... typical. The kids menu had all the right items including a fluff/banana/PB&J. It's a great order for any sweet tooth... it does come with fruit tomtry to make it a bit balanced. The homemade BBQ sauce on the wings were a must! Now the areas of improvement: the charcuterie board needed crackers and a better array of cheeses. The meats were not worth eating. We ended up leaving them on the board. The scallop fritters tasted kind of fishy, which is disappointing because it was the item we heard was a staple. Overall I'd give Ray Brook at 4 for beer selection and a family friendly environment but 3 for food. So averaging and rounding up... a 4 star. It's a great location if you're looking to sit outside and enjoy a drink with some complementary popcorn.

A nice little brew pub located between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. I really liked the beers I tried here. I did a flight containing two sours, a stout (Dead Forest Stout), and an amber ale (Many Leather-bound Books Ale.....get the reference?) and was impressed with all. As far as food goes, I had a flat bread pizza. It was pretty good, but I was there for the beer. Staff was friendly and attentive.

    Every one was very good!

Exceptional! Great staff and service. The only problem with their beer list is that they are all very good. The Brewtine appetizer is more than a meal for one per and tastes great.

Very chill spot with great service (for the times & all things covid considered). The session beer, wish I could remember the name, has the word lake in it was excellent. Would have bought cans of it if they sold them. Cheese curds were a solid snack. Dog friendly on the patio! Highly recommend a visit.

Ate them too quick to capture ‍

Let's be honest here- there are a lot of tourist traps in this area, this ain't one of them. The service was so good, we came back two days in a row. The blue cheese for the wings is like nothing we've ever tasted.

Food and service very good. Constructive criticism, lower the lighting a bit to make it a bit more cozy.

Been here I believe four times now. It's a hit every time!!…read more First time I went was on an invitation, as I wasn't expecting much from a brewery. I'm not too crazy about beer, and what I'd seen from the menu seemed like mostly burgers which I also find boring. Was very happy and surprised on my first visit to find they have creative and delicious cocktails, which are more up my alley when it comes to drinks. Also this first time, I got the truffle pizza, which was *phenomenal*!! Since then, have been back 3 more times, once for a drink and to try the cucumber salad, which also sounded incredible, to also compare to a similar one I make at home. Loved it!!! Then the next two times, went with my best friend. Both times he got a different burger, while I spent most of my split tab enjoying a couple drinks. When we're not trying to spend too much, this place has generous sides of fries which are also *incredible* and cheap, so you can fill up on those while enjoying the specialty drinks So I'd say it's really nice for all sorts of tastes, and has a budget friendly food workaround too if you're more there for drinks first, as I outlined above. Highly recommend, and can't wait to be back again soon!!!!

The large $14 salad was not as large as they used to, be and unimpressive - there weren't many options.. The menu had only Mexican options, (except pizza and one burger with salsa and chips side after we just had that as a free app for 10 minutes - no fries!). We love Mexican but this was pretty limited and a bit skimpy portion-wise...there was no guacamole appetizer, sides were often salsa and chips, no ground beef option, although there was steak, pork, or chicken). Limited vegetarian options, which is weird for Mexican. The manager stopped by and when we commented on our disappointment that there was no guacamole appetizer he offered a side option- and then charged us $3 for a tiny portion of very limey and over mashed guac. They do have a second floor dining area for large parties. English pub style. Food is relatively good. We are here 3 out of the 5 days we were in Lake Placid, mostly out of convenience. Service is okay, depending on who you get. They are super busy all the time and if your server isn't on point they will forget things. Their Ubu beer is the best beer there. The cranberry cider is pretty good as well. Shepards pie had very little meat/filling with a larger mashed potato ratio. Apple pie sounds great on paper but had little filling, leaving it super dry because it's baked as an individual personal pie. The whipped crème fraiche was delicious. Wings were nicely fried, crispy on outside and tender inside. Sourdough grilled cheese could've been better by using any other cheese besides Kraft singles. Clam chowder is superb. Beet salad was okay. Turkey burnt ends did not impress me and it's suppose to be their most popular dish. Chicken tenders were delicious. Fried fish was amazing! Huge piece of fish, served with tartar sauce and a side of incredible fries. Detroit style pizza is lackluster. The dough could've been cooked longer as it was underdone.
